*HOT TUB - The hot tub is seasonal and available Oct 1st - April 30th.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

In addition to the accessible location, The Blackstone will provide guests with a beautifully designed mid century modern home with a large floor plan that includes two separate living rooms, comfortable beds and furniture along with a full list of amenities. The home also features a large fenced in backyard with a hot tub and outdoor seating which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors!

Guest will have access to full home except the garage during their stay.
The Blackstone is a large home that provides guests with tons of space to spread out and enjoy. Entering through the front door guests will either enjoy the main living room that offers an electric fireplace! All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home while the second living room and kitchen are located on the lower level. The dining room has a sturdy wooden table with 6 chairs so all guests can enjoy a meal or play a game together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, cutlery, bakeware, cookware, pots, pans and utensils. All you need to bring is the food and the spices. We provide everything else to cook and prep a good meal. The backyard has a hot tub to accommodate 6 along with outdoor seating! (*Please note the hot tub is seasonal and available from Oct 1st - April 30th and NO pets are allowed at this home*) Come stay to relax!

Main Living Room:
The main living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! A large sectional sofa to seat five, an additional chair, electric fireplace and a Smart TV so you don’t miss out on any shows.

Lower level living room:
The lower level living room features a love seat with two additional chairs to kick back and relax. A Smart TV along with an electric fireplace is available for guest use. Also provided is a record player if you are not in the mood for TV and want to have music on while you enjoy one of the board games provided!

Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
