View is absolutely stunning. The golf cart was a great amenity. Being so close to beach access was great. Was disappointed that I was told the pool would be heated for my stay and then find out it gets turned off by the HOA 4/1. Would have been nice to know that prior and I may not have booked it. Also very disappointed that the hot tub was broken for our entire stay.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this condo. The condo is great. The view from balconies is amazing! Cleanliness was not up to par this time. Living room sectional was full of hair. Thank goodness I brought extra sheets and covered the whole sectional. There were wet stinky dish towels in washing machine. The main bathroom shower was full of hair I had to reclean. Hopefully this was a one time thing because condo is really nice.

That said, we're very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we aim to maintain, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We do hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the level of comfort and cleanliness you expect and deserve. Thank you again for your honest feedback.

Great Stay amazing views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked this condo. It was perfectly located. There is construction on the pool but we knew that ahead of time. Also there was a pungent clean smell that we were told was there from cleaning of the furniture recently. It was a little overwhelming at first but got better each day. Love the excess to the golf cart. Came in handy since my wife was there for a vet conference and we visited the Warf. I would recommend that people staying bring things like salt, pepper and Pam and anything else as this condo lacks the essentials for cooking. They do have plenty of pans and cups and other stuff. Also grab some K cups for the coffee maker. The views are unparrelled. Enjoy!

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you loved the location, views, and golf cart—it really makes getting around easy. We appreciate the heads-up about the cleaning scent and the cooking essentials; that’s great advice for future guests. We’ll also look into providing a better stocked kitchen. Thanks again for recommending the condo, and we’d love to have you back anytime!

The panoramic view is worth every dime!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay. Everything we needed was in the condo. The.only negative comment I have is the Condensation Dryer. It’s horrible! We even had Maintenance look at it while there regarding the (Digital Thermostat) it had stopped blowing cool air - he said due to the WiFi had went down temporarily - the system works through it. But things like this happen, it was no big deal. Just wish the Dryer was better. Other than that, we give it a 5 ⭐️

Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo years ago before it was sold and taken off the rental market. We were so excited to see it was available again and included a golf cart! Love the balcony on this unit, there's always a shady spot or sunny spot, so it's perfect. The beds are also comfortable. The pool is currently being demolished and a new one will be built. Our balcony overlooks the construction and we were afraid it might be noisy. It was but was also interesting to watch so we didn't mind! A golf cart in this community is a HUGE plus so we loved that. Can't wait to come back to this condo and see the new pool!

Perfect view and lots of space to spread out!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for our 7 day family summer beach vacation. For a family of 4 it has the perfect amount of space for everyone. The two living room areas are clutch. The Sandestin Resort beachside fireworks show happens RIGHT OUTSIDE of the balcony. It was the coolest surprise for all of us. Very clean, updated, TONS of space. The pool was under construction while we were there so that was the only problem we had. The only pools we had access to required a golf cart ride across the highway to the other side of the resort which complicated a lot. I do wish the property and resort management was a bit more accommodating with that, seeing as though there were two pools right next to the resort on both sides, but we weren't allowed access to those. So the condo itself gets 10/10 for us! The pool situation gets a 2/10.

Allison, please accept our sincerest apologies for the pool renovations at Beachside II during your stay. Our team made every effort to inform our guests of this before their arrival. We are delighted to hear that the fireworks were a highlight of your visit; it truly is a special time to experience them at the beach. We appreciate your five-star review and your kind comments about the condo being ideal for your family. We hope to welcome you back for a future stay, as we are confident your next trip with us will be exceptional.

Tired Kitchen with a great view.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well located in the resort with a superior view of the beach. The pool was below average and under utilized compared to buildings adjacent to ours. We went next door to a friends unit to use the pool. However there were several factors that the owners should address. The ice machine broke requiring a maintenance call. They cut off its water but did not tell us leaving us with no ice for a Florida beach vacation. When we called they said they would supply us with bagged ice which never came. We gave up and bought our own for the month. The oven dials are so old there are no markings for heating levels on them which caused a meal to over cook and burn. Both the stove and refrigerator should be replaced immediately. The dryer is capable of drying only two towels at a time forcing laundry round the clock.Having a garage was a positive but I and two other guests had flat tires from nails left by contractors which required a new tire replacement and a tow at $300+. Golfing reservation system was terrible at best. Courses shut for 4 days due to a junior tournament. We left the resort 5 times to play because we could not arrange tee times. Other friends, 5 other couples, had the same issues. Golfing was the reason we chose the Resort.I would only recommend the unit if the appliances were upgraded. Especially on units being rented for a month or more. Drinking glasses are also a hodgepodge of plastic junk. A $100 investment would upgrade the kitchen immensely.Bottom line. We did not expect the Ritz. But monthly rentals should have quality appliances and dishes for those utilizing the kitchen often during their stay. Golf access was terrible. The golf cart was not used so no comment.
