Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Quiet Place

Perfect quiet low key place if you hate crowds and just want some peace and have little ones. The waves weren’t bad at all.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Shack. It was a perfect location on the beach. Very peaceful and very enjoyable. Our property manager made everything so easy. We really appreciated her making check in and check out so each. Thank you!!!

Relaxing

We had a great time! House was clean and comfortable bed. It is a duplex and it has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Beach is secluded perfect if you want to stay away from people due to COVID. Beach is nice however the water is not clear.

Great location but the house needs some work.

We have stayed at this house before and it's location is great but you can obviously tell that the owners aren't worried about putting any money back into it. The a.c. will not keep up. It was 80 degrees in the house our first two days and nights. It was terrible 😞 The management company was very nice they sent the a.c. company out 3 times but they finally said the third time that there was nothing they could do and that the unit couldn't keep up with both floors. We called the management company and told them they had to do something and that we were not going to stay for 14 days like that so they came and put 2 window units in. It made it a lot better! We paid over $5000 for 2 weeks and these owners should put some of that money back into the place. They obviously figure it will rent anyways because it's on the beach but dang that sucks. We had to bring tools to fix the decking that were hazardous. Overall this vacation was great but I don't think we would stay at this house again which is sad since this is the third time we've rented it.

Thank you for your review. We have notified the owners of the AC, the system is due for an upgrade. We had some of the hottest weather this summer. We are glad we were able to place the window units to help. In the coming seasons the owners are planning on a full remodel of the house. Stay tuned for that! : )

Needs a little TLC

Half bath sink stopper downstairs stuck. One side of blinds to back porch stuck. Kitchen cabinet door broken off. No kitchen sponges to wash dishes and only one kitchen towel. Ceiling fan in master BR doesn’t work. Lighting above Master sink missing. No way to rinse off feet when coming in from beach. We used the neighboring condo’s hose.

Love this house!!

My husband and I rented this house for our Baby Moon and absolutely loved it! The beach was literally steps away and was so secluded! We will definitely stay here again!

A place to really get away

Beautiful property. Well spaced from other properties. Great set up on the house, fantastic views (double deck off the main living space and a balcony off the third floor). Definitely the place of sunset happy hour. Could use a few minor things in the kitchen (measuring spoons and a few other small pieces). Overall, would go there again and highly recommend it.

Relaxation in these crazy time

It was a great stay. The home is perfect for a family. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. The views were spectacular. There was a pod of Dolphins and a beautiful beach.

Port St Joe

Overall, this is a nice condo and we would stay there again. Unfortunately for the owner of this property, the overall area was hit by Hurricane Michael last October and a lot of damage was done to their specific property and to this area. This specific property has been well repaired and maintained. The condo was very comfortable.

We brought our two dogs. We enjoyed the privacy of the beach. It was very relaxing.

The house was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the view from the decks. There are no stores or restaurants nearby, wich we loved. It takes about 7 to 10 min drive to a supermarket or restaurant.

After paying for a week at another rental we were shocked to see the place so dirty with mold throughout the home. Thanks to Drew we were able to get another place within 24 hours. The Place was a breath of fresh air! The home was very clean and nicely furnished. We had an amazing time! We will definitely rent through Forgotten Coast on our next visit. Thank you!
