Wake to the sound of waves, unwind in a cozy oceanfront retreat, and watch golden sunsets melt into the Gulf from your private balcony. Welcome to Key Lime Condo, a Pitzer Property, where time slows & the Gulf sets the rhythm of your days. This spacious 2-bedroom oceanfront escape rests along pristine coastal beaches with calm, emerald waters just steps away. The main living area is warm and inviting, and the condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a perfect, relaxing stay.

Our homes are equipped with smart locks allowing guests to come straight to the home with out worrying about picking up keys or meeting someone to get in.

Key Lime Pie is in the heart of St Joe Beach. We are about one block from Shipwreck Restaurant and super close to the Dollar General and gas station. We are located on Hwy 98 in the St Joe Beach area.

Guests will have access to the whole condo and the designated parking for this unit.

Our condo is the upstairs left condo which includes 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The open concept main level has a fully loaded kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal as well as large dining area and a super comfy couch with a Roku TV. The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee as well as enjoy the sunset. Laundry is included within unit and the homes includes 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. There is parking for 2 vehicles.

Closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)

Our pet fee is $175 for up to 3 dogs at this location. Please add the pets to the reservation so that it will trigger the fee to be added or you can reach out to us after booking and we can add it for you.

- Pet Rules: We kindly ask that dogs do not get on the bed or the uncovered couch. Please refrain from using white towels for the dogs. We have provided a basket of pet supplies, including dog towels and a couch cover, as well as a dog bed, bowls, and dog shampoo for your convenience. If your pet has an accident, we ask that you clean it up immediately - there are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.

Our home is UPSTAIRS which makes for an amazing sunset view!

- Please refrain from cleaning fish on the balcony or inside the home.

- Please refrain from smoking inside the home.

-We HIGHLY encourage guests to purchase traveler's insurance during hurricane season. (Hurricane Season in Florida is June 1st through November 30th) We proudly offer an option through a trusted company called Faye. Guests have the OPTION to purchase this additional service through our Owner's Marketplace.

We keep a plastic bin of water at the door for humans and dogs to rinse off sand.

We provide up to 2 beach chairs and one umbrella.

The roll-away bed for 5th person is in the closet upstairs with clean linens.

Please be careful with the white couch. We have extra blankets and couch covers to use for a little extra protection.

- Parts of the year it is comfortable to have the doors open and we encourage this for clean air quality. Yet parts of the year the humidity is so high we ask that you do not leave the door open because it puts stress on the AC. So please if you have the air conditioning on do not have the doors open.

Family beach trip.

Wonderful and Beautifully Renovated Beach Cottage

This was the first vacation that I had in several years and it did not disappoint!! The condo was so beautiful and had a perfect view of the beach. The little extras in the condo made it feel very welcoming. We will definitely be back here to stay on our next trip.

Port St. Joe Beach Condo - Beautiful Sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped and has a great location. The sunsets were beautiful. The host was easy to work with and check in was a breeze. We loved the supplies for our dog which included a bed as well as food and water bowls. The condo had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again soon!

Our 2nd stay at Key Lime Pie. First stay under new ownership. We live the location, the decor, the cleanliness and usually don't mind the neighbors. The building is small, only 6 units, which makes it extra special.

This place is adorable! Very clean when we arrived. Excellent view of the ocean. We brought our doggies with us. They even provide dog bed, bowls, and treats. Lots of places to walk the dogs. Beach is very quiet!! NOT crowded on the weekends and during the week. I even got to see a dolphin! I highly recommend this condo! Host was great. We didn't need to contact her during our stay but I had questions before we got there and she was super quick to answer questions.

Beautiful, Cozy & Perfect

We had the absolute best time saying at the Key Lime and will be back for sure. There was covered parking, beach chairs/toys provided, covered parking and a convenient hose to rinse off after the beach day. The place was so beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of five. Very clean and all kitchen necessities were available. It was our first time to the Forgotten Coast and we'll never go anywhere else. It feels like a private beach, beautiful sands and kids caught a lot of blue crab. There's a restaurant that's walkable nearby. Everything else is just a short drive. Thank you for letting us stay, we'll be back!

Sunsets and Ocean Breeze

We Loved our Stay at Key Lime Pie, Raeanna is a professional and communicates very well. Our Standard Poodle loved the Dog bed so much and was curled up on it when we were not on the Beach. Key Lime Pie has everything we needed in the unit along with being beautifully decorated. The beach chairs and umbrella in the storage closet where you part under the building were very useful. Make sure to make use of the black hose to be able to wash your feet off when returning from the beach. The box fans in bedrooms are great for drowning out any possible road noise. Shipwrecks is close by for all day food, we got carry out and food was ready in 15 minutes. Check out "The View at St. Joe Bay" there is an upstairs openair restaurant & bar with music every day at 6pm. Hidden Gem!! You can walk out to the beach after dinner and still hear the music.
