HEATED POOL

- If you would like the pool heated, please request it at least 2 days before your arrival.

- Heating is available for the entire stay only; we cannot accommodate single-day requests.

- The fee is $150 per day, payable in full before arrival.

- The pool is cleaned weekly (Tuesdays), and we provide a skimmer for any leaves or debris that may accumulate during your stay.

SPA GUIDELINES

- You are responsible for turning the Jacuzzi heater on and off, following the instructions in the provided videos.

- The heater must be turned off when not in use and no later than 11 PM. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the $150 deposit.

- Heating takes approximately 1 hour, so please plan accordingly.

CHECK-IN DAY: Please note that Jacuzzi heating is not recommended on check-in day, since check-in is at 4 PM and the heater must be turned off by 11 PM. The full-day fee will still apply.

Our system notifies us of any changes to Jacuzzi settings to ensure proper use

POOL WAIVER
- Before confirming your booking, we kindly ask all guests to sign a pool waiver and release of liability form. This ensures safety and is required to activate your entry code on check-in day.

- Children must be supervised; diving prohibited.

- Food/drinks are not allowed in the pool

- Swimming is at your own risk
