Everything about the place and the location was spectacular. My only complaint would be that the Internet did not work even after getting the proper sign in information from the owner I had to use my personal hotspot the entire time.

Nice rental for a wedding

Place was very spacious and in a quiet area. Many wineries nearby and a short drive into town. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Lovely house with beautiful views. Comfortable and quiet. No info manual provided. Was able to get the WiFi password from the host but had to guess at a lot. Inside was clean but patio and outside furniture could use a scrub. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes. Bedside lamps would be useful in all the bedrooms. Half bath near the laundry needs the workings in the toilet tank replaced so it will fill. WiFi very spotty. TV was temperamental-no sound at times, channels unavailable. Manual needed.

Let's start with the positive. The house is impressive when you drive up thru the gate. The front and rear landscaping are just beautiful and well maintained. Upon opening the ront doors you are met with a wall of glass that looks out to the rear yard. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking. The views of Temecula and countryside are gorgeous. Communication with the homeowners was easy and they responded quickly. They were very gracious and honored our request for an early check in. Check in was easy as well.Now to the issues: Upon arrival, our friend noticed a receipt on a bedside table, a candy wrapper in another room, and an energy drink in the laundry room. Our friends sheets smelled and their bedspread had the strong smell of perfume (not laundry detergent/dryer sheet). She had to wash the sheets and did not use the bedspread. There is a broken window in their bedroom. There is a gap in the door from their bedroom to their patio.The guest bathroom cold water is inoperable in the sink.The kitchen is sufficiently stocked to meet basic needs. We washed everything before using it. The entire house and outside patio furniture needs a good cleaning/scrubbing. There are no bedside or table side lamps. The outside ceiling fan blades are sagging.There is a 3/4" gap in the door from the living room to the patio. We saw 3 mice in the living room; 2 went under the couch and the other ran into a locked room. Mouse droppings were found in the guest bath and patio

We arrived today, our family booked a 4 day stay. The good first Unbelievably great home, beautiful and well maintained. Only been here one day. Very clean and nice. Rooms, everything is so clean and comfortable. Wonderful experience. The Bad: Emmeities description are false. Outdoor fireplace doesn't work, the grill doesn't work, the player piano doesn't work, all things our family was excited for. A lot of things are labeled doesn't work. Wine refrigerator, etc...etc. The place is amazing, I just wish they would tell you up front that you can't grill, sit bye the fire, or use the items mentioned. Overall, it's beautiful

Beautiful House and Grounds

We had a girls trip to Temecula while our husbands were in St. George Ut for a golfing trip. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed the spaciousness and decor of the house, comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets if needed, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms that even had bidets! The many flowers and trees, green lawns, the views and the hot air balloons every morning made a cup of coffee in the early morning on the patio very enjoyable. It is very private and peaceful, but close to many great wineries, and we had a lot of fun at several of them, tasting wines and and having lunch at one of them, The Cave at Oak Mountain, dinner at South Coast winery. Their Brass Barn next to the house is a beautiful little place with a bar, pool table, leather furniture and a player piano. A putting green is also on the property. The only issues we had were burned out light bulbs in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the Brass Barn. We couldn’t find any spares, so some people didn’t have adequate lighting. The remotes for the garage door openers needed new batteries, we couldn’t find any of those either. Also bring your own hair dryer, there was only one and it was stuck on the low setting. There are no gas stations in wine country, but there are some about 7 miles from the house. We all had a great time and loved everything about this property!

Beautiful House & Grounds

I booked this for a “Girls Trip” to wine country while our husbands played golf in Utah. The house was exactly as pictured, very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of towels, extra blankets and pillows, and a well stocked kitchen. Flowers were blooming everywhere, and the Star Jasmine wrapped around the patio support beams smelled so good. The setting is very private and peaceful, we watched hot air balloons rising in the distance every morning, and listened to the neighborhood rooster greeting the day while we drank our coffee. The Brass Barn is a great place for a party, we had pre dinner cocktails at the bar our first night there. The house is close to many great wineries, and we visited a few of them for wine tastings and dinners. The only negatives I can mention is that several lightbulbs were burned out in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms, no replacements to be found, broken lamp switch, shower handle broken in one of the bathrooms, cracked window in a bedroom, and the garage remotes didn’t work, probably dead batteries. The radio connected to the sound system didn’t work either, but not as important. We only found one hairdryer and it was stuck on low, so bring your own!! The lack of adequate lighting in some of the upstairs rooms was the biggest issue, we shouldn’t have to spend our vacation time trying to find lightbulbs and batteries. Either the cleaning crew or someone, maybe the house contact, should be keeping up with things like that.

Luxurious, Clean & Accommodating

My group and I decided to stay at this place simply based upon the pictures and the reviews. This home did not disappoint. The owners were extremely communicative, left easy-to-read instructions, and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I've stayed at several places over the years and this place takes the cake for being the cleanest. They left plenty of toiletries, towels, and other necessities. There was absolutely nothing more that we needed and the things that we did, there were plenty for my group. We're extremely appreciative of our experience here and the one thing I do want to say is this: BOOK THIS PLACE. It's clean. It's huge. All amenities work and the owners are very communicative & polite. Our experience was heightened by the responsiveness of the owners and all the little things that other owners overlook. It's worth it.

Beautiful home with incredible views!!!

THIS HOME HAS AMAZING VIEWS!!! We enjoyed our weekend stay in this home. It was perfect for our college age kids with all the games that the house offers..Pool table, mini golf, ping pong, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every evening enjoying the sunset and hot air balloons in the mornings. Host offers plenty of refrigeration for your food and drinks, Beds were comfy and AC worked great!

Amazing house!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Not only that the landscaping is perfect...Before I booked I read the reviews, there were very few negative ones but I remember thinking when I first got there...those people are crazy! You really couldn't expect anything better! Definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

First the property location and the property itself is a 5. Due to maintenance issues that were brought to the attention of management and never addressed I almost want to give a 3 but I will give a 4 because of how awesome the property is.

Arriving at the property we were very happy to find a beautiful home fit for our party of 9. The property was gorgeous 5 acres overlooking Temecula and its wineries. The property was clean and ready as expected. Overall we had a great time but there are many issues some of which were brought to management's attention and never addressed on our trip. 1. A bedroom had only one can light which was not working so no light in the bedroom the whole week 2. The house has 3 thermostats controlling different areas the kitchen was very cold the whole week. I let management know it was cold andno one ever came to check it out. Since 3 thermostats were present and the other 2 seemed to be heating their areas I would say the furnace for the kitchen area was not working. 3. 2 overhead lights for the outdoor grill area did not work. And since it was winter it was dark everytime we wanted to grill for dinner time and had to use our phone lights to see! 4. The outdoor fireplace did not work. (management said it was in the listing that it didn't work. It was not in the listing when I originally booked the property before covid 19 became a thing so must have been and issue later on? The other issues was a broken leather couch and chair in the brass recreation room that was detatched from the home and the outdoor ceiling fans which need to be replaced. This property should be a 5 star, it is amazing but is hindered by lack of attention to maintenance of ALL the areas of the property. If something is located on the property it should be in working order! Broken furniture? Why? Hire a repair person to repair the legs that are broken, they were propped up by wood blocks. The piano is there but doesn't work. If you dont want to fix it then remove it from the property. All of these small issues added up to something big. I almost want to give a 4 because we still had a great time and the property is so amazing but I am giving a 3 because I brought issues to the attention of management and they never came to address them or followed up on my original call and texts in any way. I did not call or text a second time. I should not have to. The landscaping was beautiful and the house was very clean I reallly don't like giving the mediocre review but feel it is necessary.

Amazing home

Our family rented this home and it was one for the memories for sure. The house is ginormous and the landscape is very well done and relaxing. We got away from the busy life and this house helped us take a moment to enjoy our family. The hosts were gracious and kind and the property was beautiful and very clean and maintained . We were a bit hesitant at first but when we got there we were amazed and we would love to make this a yearly thing and host told us to message her before next booking and she will call evolve vacation to give us a discount as repeat customers which was very nice to hear.

Renter beware

While this property is absolutely gorgeous, don’t be snookered by the looks. We rented this property based off of the several amenities listed and offered. We planned several meals of which we haven’t been able to do simply because several appliances are not working or they do not exist. After reaching out to the owner via text who did respond promptly, our issues are still unresolved. The queen beds are more like full size and are very uncomfortable without so much as a mattress topper to offer some comfort. I asked if it’s possible to add those and was told the crew in charge probably couldn’t get them to us in the time of our stay. There’s too many broken items throughout the property to list. Stained carpets, broken windows, door knobs and furniture throughout. Broken blinds etc. Main items like the fireplace and microwave that after reading past reviews have been broken for over a year or so. General maintenance is not being kept up. It’s really not fair that we not only paid the absorbent fee for the many needed amenities and flat out not have them with offer of reimbursement. I would NOT recommend this! It’s very sad, because it’s a beautiful property and the view is stunning. But, we would not recommend this property.

Place was perfect!

A little late on my review but as many others have said this property is absolutely perfect! The pictures do not do it justice and it is a great house in a perfect location. I actually live in the area and had rented it for some friends that have never been to Temecula and they were blown away. The hosts were amazing and check in was a breeze. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Mixed Bag

The house and property are extremely impressive! The view and location are the best in the area! The owners were easily reachable and responded quickly to our texts. Unfortunately though, there were a few things that didn't match up. We specifically picked this property because of the Brass Bar Barn. It was a bit of a disappointment... the floors were scratched up, the appliances were out of order, it didn't have as much seating as the pictures showed, it had a musty smell to it, and it didn't have a TV when there were cords sticking out of the wall where one was clearly supposed to be... so we didn't end up using the space to hang out like we had hoped. Luckily, the inside of the main house was even more impressive than the pictures showed, so we enjoyed spending our time in there. We also had an issue with the Wifi and were never able to work because the passwords left for us didn't match up on any of our devices. There were several small maintenance issues like the smoke detector batteries being out (which the owner fixed when we let them know), blinds not working properly, water temperatures being labeled backwards in bathroom showers, and door handles being loose. Overall, I would still recommend this property because of the view and grandeur of the house... but go in realizing, it doesn't seem closely maintained.
