The apartment was perfect for a few days away with my daughter! The views and access to the lake were spectacular, and the apartment had everything we needed at a great price!

Condo was nice and in a nice location. It had alot of extras in case you fogot anything. The manager was quick at responding to any questions I had before during and after stay. Would def stay again

Great place to see the eclipse!

We really enjoyed this quaint, cozy apartment. It is clean, the mattress toppers are the 'best'. The host is very responsive. And, of course, there is the wonderful view of Lake Erie. Thank you, Braden, for making our stay memorable. We will be back!

I loved the little touches inside. There were lots of things that were provided that I would never have thought would have been there! Lots of attention to detail. Comfy beds. Beautiful, serene view from back porch and so peaceful and great for stargazing and beach glass/rock hunting!

Good- Overall a good stay. Nice location, private beach is obviously the selling point. Host provided a few beach and lounge chairs. Nice fire pit for the evening. Sleeps 4, but a bit tight with 2 double beds. Worked well with two adults & two kids. Bad- Apartment is hot & muggy, there’s an AC unit in the kitchen but it doesn’t cool the entire place. We brought a fan and bought a second while there. Appears tidy but there were mouse droppings in a pot in the cabinet. Host was on site a couple nights of our stay— no big deal, but played loud music somewhat late into the night on the adjacent deck.

Lakefront Apt.

This property was a pleasant surprise. It is right on the beach so a lot of chance for sea glass searching. It is quaint. The air is a window air conditioner but works well. Unfortunately there were no washcloths so we went to buy them at a local store. Not really a big deal. I felt a slight lack of communication. My questions were answered quickly by the owner, but we never got a contract telling us what we should do at checkout however we followed guidelines that we had followed at vacations at the beach. The outside stairs you need to use caution but the view is absolutely amazing and really a great experience Id recommend this property to others.

Location! Location! Safety Hazard!

Wow wow location! Can’t beat the view or stay any closer to the lake with access. Perfect for a long weekend stay. Apartment had lots of supplies. There were not four beach chairs for all of us though. Upon arrival the door was not labeled, I had a panic and called the host and they answered right away and helped us get in! Later I see the directions were sent with the address on how to find the door. Unfortunately, will not be able to stay again as it is a safety hazard. Building is old but can tell they are trying to fix it up, we knew that when we reserved it since it was a new rental listing. With that being said though, I FELL through the outdoor steps! Thank god it was me and not one of the three other older guests. I am so lucky that it is severely bruised and swollen, hopefully not broken. Again new listing, even though my leg put a damper on the end of our stay we tried to make to best of it and enjoy the water access before we checked out at 2:00. BUT I was approached by the host at 1:15 and accused of being late for checkout, how he usually wouldn’t mind a little late but needed to clean and was in a hurry. I pulled up my reservation and showed him that my reservation said 2:00…and he continued argue with me that even though I booked awhile ago all checkouts were at 12:00. As I quickly gathered my things with my swollen leg I did recieve a message apologizing that he did not realize my reservation had not changed from 2:00 to 12:00. Not how I wanted to end.
