Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase stunning ocean views as you enter into the open-concept living/dining area. Open the sliding glass doors and let coastal breezes float in while you relax on cozy furnishings. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, then prepare snacks for the beach or delicious meals for the family in the beautifully appointed kitchen. The breakfast bar has room for two, while the dining table accommodates six comfortably. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets on the private balcony with room for your whole crew. You’ll feel right at home in the master suite with a king-sized bed, en suite bath with garden tub, and private access to the balcony. A guest suite is just as lovely, featuring a double bed and flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed provides additional sleeping arrangements. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 6 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
