The Crescent is a gated, low rise complex in a great location off of Scenic Hwy 98. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle...We have got the place for you! As you walk into our unit you will be taken to a tranquil place by the warm, inviting, and relaxing colors and furnishings as well as the magnificent views. The living room is furnished with an two sofas for you to relax in while watching your favorite program on the 50' flat screen TV.

Meals can be prepared in our fully equipped kitchen and then enjoyed at the dining table and chairs or on the balcony. The full sized refrigerator will certainly come in handy for all your perishables.

Enjoy the comforts of home when you enter the master bedroom. You will be welcomed by the soothing colors and furnishings of this elegantly decorated room. We have provided a TV for comfortable viewing. Our unit is also furnished with full sized twin beds in the second bedroom (which can be converted to a king size bed) as well as a queen size pullout sofa bed.

A full size washer & dryer is also provided in the unit for your convenience.

Beach and pool access are fantastic. Balcony overlooking both is a huge plus. Great spring break location for our family (mom dad and two teens).

Great Time

The property was as advertised and the unit we stay in was very nice and very clean. I would absolutely stay at this location again. The access to the beach was good and the location of the facility was great.

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was fantastic! We loved the beach access and beautiful view! It was very clean, and communication with the owner was great! Very close to lots of activities. We really enjoyed the Village of Baytown Wharf.

Perfect stay

Our host, Michelle was awesome, she was very responsive and accommodating. Communication was very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here in the future. Great view of beach and pool area, plenty of parking and very close to restaurants, shops and grocery.

Perfect location

We loved the proximity of The Crescent to the gulf waters. The condo was beautiful and the general area was very clean. We utilized the beach chairs and umbrella in the summer sun, but not the pool, which felt like warm bath water due to the high outdoor temps. We would definitely stay here again.

The Crescent

We had a lovely stay at The Crescent The apartment was very clean but is ready for some upgrading in particular the bathrooms. The bedroom carpets need either cleaning or replacing. Michelle the owner was very helpful and communication was excellent.

Family Spring Break

2nd time staying at The Crescent and it did not disappoint. Condo just as described - view is amazing - beach chairs a bonus... would definitely come back. Had one small hiccup on first day and host communicated immediately and fixed our issue. During Spring Break there were alot of families with young ones... we have young adults - but that would be our only issue... less young kids in heated pool and hot tubs. Overall - Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

Everything about this location is perfect. Proximity to pool, beach, groceries, restaurants and the outlet mall. 30 minute drive from the airport. Even the elevation and location in the property is great on second floor in the middle of the buildng. The unit has got some dated features but, we weren't there to spend time inside. Balcony and outdoor furnishings were great. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are part of the daily beach amenities. Love that is was a secure property and very well maintained. Cons that were not in the Owner's control: while we were there, flooring replacements in the unit next door - on the bedroom wall AND flooring replacement in the unit above. We spoke to the onsite management and received little more than confirmation it was happening, and they had hours of work. Clearly not supposed to start at 6 am but clearly nobody on site to manage that. Good News For You - they will be done before you stay! Come for the panoramic views, the pool, the landscaping and the beach - don't forget to bring your own beach towel though (would be a nice touch to have provided). Gracious host who ensured our arrival was smooth and some great restaurant suggestions. We will be back!!

Love everything about this place. The condo is roomie & homie. Everything you basically need to start off with. The pool is beautiful & beautiful to look at & the beach is right down the walkway from the pool. There’s amazing restaurants all around & everything to love about this place & its location!🥰

Miramar Beach

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo for our family vacation. The location was perfect and it was so clean! We felt right at home staying here and very safe in the condo and on the property. We only have positive things to say and hope to be back!

The Crescent is placed in a fantastic area as it is conveniently located within walking distance to many places: Winn Dixie (fully stocked grocery store), Silver Sands Outlet Mall (many brand name stores, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Carrabba's and more), Chik-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Waffle House and more. It is within a mile or two Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard (strip mall with Publix grocery store, PF Chang's, Laredo Catina, Tommy Bahamas and more), Sandestin. Approximately 3-4 miles to the west end of 30A.
