Lots of room for fun in the sun, across the street from Lake Huron (1 min walk). This newly furnished home nestled in a quaint and quiet beachside community is your new home away from home with all of the necessities and a big backyard for barbecuing, lounging, campfires, hot tub and more.
Please note: There is a 3-night min on weekends year-round and a 3-night min between Victoria Day and Labour Day. Some exceptions may apply for last minute bookings, so please inquire.
The Space:
This is a side-split home, with three bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level, a kitchen, dining and living room on the main level with a deck off of the back, and a cozy family room with a natural gas fireplace on the lower part with more deck out of the sliding doors. The deck is equipped with a big propane BBQ and table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as plenty of space and seating for lounging. Lounge on the loungers in the sunny yard, and enjoy a cozy fire around the fire pit.

Guest Access:
The space is only rented to one group at a time and is completely private. You will also have access to bikes (in the garage), some yard games (in the shed in the backyard), board games, etc. If you'd like access to the hot tub, a liability form must be signed in advance. Please ask your host for more details.
The Neighborhood:
Lake Huron Highland is a lovely little neighbourhood, nestled into Lake Huron, just north of Kincardine, but close enough to easily pop in for some groceries or shopping along the lakeside downtown strip.
Getting Around:
1 minute walk to beach (Lake Huron)
10 minute drive to groceries and lakeside downtown Kincardine and Station Beach
25 minute drive to Port Elgin (more big box stores, another lakeside shop area)
10 minute drive to Inverhuron Beach and Inverhuron Provincial Park
3 minute drive to Stoney Island Conservation Area
An assortment of bikes are also provided for your leisure. Use bikes at your own risk and please wear a helmet at all times.
