Walk to Everything! Leave your keys in the car! Brand new 1816 sq. ft townhome (with elevator!) just over the bridge in Emerald Isle. 300 yards to the beach. There is a pool, coffee shop, pizza restaurant, EJW, candy shop and frozen drink bar in the complex. Walk to Salty Pirate Waterpark or bike on the greenway to Publix, putt-putt or ABC. Come make memories at our STARFISH getaway!! Sleeps 6 adults and 5 kids.

Great weekend Getaway

Memorial Day weekend at this wonderful property. It's new it's appointed well all the furnishings are top notch really enjoyed our time at the house and exploring Emerald Isle. Located right in the heart of the action we would do a late morning breakfast at Gaffers and end our night with dinner and drinks on the Rooftop at Caribsea

Great Stay!!

We had 4 adults, 4 kids and the place was perfect. Great location with all you need within walking distance. The beds and sheets were super comfortable and they even provide beach towels. 10/10

Incredible space right by the beach!

We LOVED staying here- a gorgeous, clean, spacious home right by the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Location was incredible. I would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Extended family in town for wedding

Great property for beach and pool and water park access. Very well set up for kids. Clean, comfortable and very nice decor. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Emerald Isle vacation 2023

We loved Emerald Isle. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was indeed just yards from the beach. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. I would highly recommend this rental @ Emerald Island.

Great Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that you would need. A very short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and stores right on the property. Owner was very quick to answer any questions. Having an elevator was very helpful and definitely a bonus.

Post graduation get away with family and friends!

We lived the house. It’s in a great location close access to the beach, restaurants and shops! The house has plenty of space and amenities are great! Love the new linens included. Beach towels and chairs provided along with a wagon to wheel stuff to the beach. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Emerald Isle trip

Property was best and clean. Check in and check out was very easy. Host responded to question I had very quickly. Walk to the beach is a little far with all of the beach accessories. Liked having pizza place and coffee shop on the property.

Great beach place

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! Condo was beautiful and well-stocked. It was so nice to be able to walk out the back door to the pool and little shops underneath. Beach access was a short walk. It was a public access spot so it was a bit crowded on the beach but that’s not owners’ fault. Elevator was awesome for getting heavy suitcases up to 3rd floor. We would definitely stay again!

The good: This is a beautiful 3 level condo.It was clean and in a great location for the beach, waterpark and pool. The best location on the island, in our opinion. The elevator was awesome and very helpful with moving in and out. The pizza shop was excellent! There was a variety of food trucks nearby and they were awesome! Loved having mini golf, go karts and adventure park nearby.The not so good: In reality, the "kids" bedroom is very, very small and the triple bunk lower and middle beds are basically useless.Our 12 year old could not sleep in the lower or middle due to the closeness of the upper bed. The pull out sofa on the first level is the most uncomfortable pull out ever! Many of the businesses in the development were closed, not just for the season but permanently shuttered. (nothing the owner can do about that!) All in all, a fantastic week and we lucked out with gorgeous weather and ocean swimming conditions!

Everything about this property is top drawer. Particularly impressed with the host. We had a couple of issues with the door key code and elevator. The host was very responsive and resolved both issues promptly.

End of School Celebration

Totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach retreat. Expected to have 11 but ended up with only 7 which was good as although there were sleeping accommodations for 11 there are only 6 kitchen counters stools and with white sofas and no real side tables it would have been a challenge at meal time. Would be best for those who only eat breakfast and then head to the beach/pool all day, shower and out again for dinner in the evenings. The kitchen is well supplied including a large empty pantry for storing groceries for a crowd! Easy walk to/from the beach especially with available wagon. Note: Grills are located at the pool (which is conveniently located right out the back door, but require charcoal and are first come, first serve. Elevator is extremely handy as the stair cases are particularly long due to the high ceilings. Would definitely book again in the future.

Lovely property with all the amenities one would expect. Only one small problem was refrigerator was not cooling at first and the managers promptly sent a repairman who took care of the issue immediately. Was a special week with our family. Thanks.

Beautiful property, lovely stay!

My family and I had a great stay on Emerald Isle in this condo! It’s spacious, clean, and well decorated. The beds are comfy, and we appreciated the included linens. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away, and the property owners thoughtfully provide a wagon for all the beach things that are needed. We really enjoyed having The Milk Road coffee shop and Kosta’s Pizza at the bottom of the complex. There’s also beach yoga every morning at 8 am (flyers at coffee shop), such a fun surprise! The outdoor shower was helpful for sand removal. Everything was as described and the owners were easy to work with and quick at responding to questions. We are considering a return next August!

The place is nice. We didn't have wifi/ internet for a day. I checked in @3p and the technician came 4:30p the next day. Services was restored after 5p
