Resort Style Condo - Desert Breeze Villas

***Due to the popularity of Desert Breeze Villas we have a minimum stay requirement of 7 days!

Our gated resort style condo comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phoenix! The pool view from the balcony will really make you feel like you’re on vacation. Being 3 miles from State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District you will never run out of things to do! You will also be 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 30 minutes from Scottsdale. Nearby hike: Estrella Mountain Regional Park.


The space:

The condo complex is in a gated community, the code for the gate will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once you go through the gate there is a FREE designated parking spot right in front of the condo. Parking spot number will be disclosed before arrival. The unit is on the second floor, away from the busy highway, and looks over the sparkling salt water pool. When you get to our unit you will see a lockbox attached to the railing near the door. The code for the lockbox will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival. The key in the lockbox will unlock the front door and there is a keypad to unlock the main door, code will also be given 24 hours prior as well.

When you walk into the condo you will see a guestbook and a few itineraries outlining the attractions in the area. The unit is complete with a washer and dryer, which is to the left when you walk in, through the pull-out doors. The condo is complete, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and small TV with Roku. In the living room there is a dining table that seats 4, smart TV with Roku, and a couch with an extra bed that pulls out and sleeps 2 people. You have access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. On the patio you will have 2 chairs and a table that makes it easy to enjoy the scenic view of the pool and complex.

Guest access:

Entire condo is yours with one parking spot! You will also have access to the pool, hot tub, and onsite gym. You are welcome to use any of the grills throughout the complex. There is one right below the patio that you can see from the condo.

Excellent location!

This condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a pretty view of the pool from the unit. We didn't hear any noise from any of the neighbors. The bed and pillows were so amazing. Better than mine at home. ;) We ate out, but if you were staying a while and wanted to cook in, there is everything in the kitchen needed. We were there for the Seahawk game and picked this condo partly for the location of State Farm Stadium. The Westgate Entertainment District is a great place to go visit and is within walking distance of the stadium. We would totally recommend this place to anyone and would for sure stay again! :)

The unit was a good size with good amenities at the property. Having a barbeque very close to our suite was also nice and very convenient. Would stay here again.

Jordon was outstanding to communicate with. The condo is adorable with every ammemity you would need. It was very clean and close to the great pool and workout room. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Birthday getaway

Planned a concert get away for my wife. I wanted a condo that was close to the Talking Stick Amphitheater. Location was perfect. Close to the show. Lots of shopping in the area. Good variety of restaurant's. Host had excellent communication, and when I communicated about a concern, it was promptly addressed. The condo was clean and super comfortable. Bed was awesome. Well equipped for our needs. I would definitely stay there again. Pool was nice, and a great way to cool down from the intense heat. Thank you for an excellent vacation.

Amazing!

Everything we needed for our stay was there! Even our morning coffee! Bed was comfy, pullout bed was way better than ever thought possible and the pool? OH my! The POOL! Great quiet neighborhood with guaranteed parking spot. Can't say enough about this gem!

Nice Stay

Nice stay at Desert Breeze Villas. People are friendly. The pool is wonderful and the grills are top notch. Close to the Camelback Ranch for White Sox baseball.

An Oasis in the Borders!

A lovely apartment in a very picturesque village. Lovely bedrooms, kitchen well equipped, very good log burner and everyone was so friendly. We took our 2 small dogs who loved the outdoor space also the beautiful walks along the river. Close to Peebles for shopping. GREAT HOT TUB!!! James was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend. We'll definitely be going back.

This is a very nice property, patio overlooks the pool. Apartment had everything we needed. The location is central to west Phoenix attractions. Gated complex, very well kept. Pool, hot tub and workout area is very nice. We would rent this property again.

Maryvale Village

This would be a great place with a few minor upgrades. A new mattress is a must as well as some new sheets and towels. Pots, pans and appliances need to be checked for working order and possible upgrade. The common areas are very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

Nice Getaway

I stayed at this condo in mid-May and I'd say the reviews are accurate. The location is great and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking out at the nicely landscaped grounds, including the pool area. Shortly after I arrived I heard a beeping sound and couldn't figure out what it was so I called Herman and he came over as soon as he was available and figured out what the problem was and took care of it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some details were overlooked. Overall, I would recommend it if you want a nice, quiet place that is near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Arizona Vacation

The Property is super nice and the Condo very comfortable! The grounds area and pool are absolutely beautiful and the people were very friendly as well! Besides seeing some of the Arizona sites we were visiting family in Sun City which is close to the Condo so super convenient . There is a Fryes grocery store nearly walking distance which was great for us! We definately plan to book again on our next visit.

Owner stayed in great contact

Property nicely kept never seen a bug . Owner was great . Stocked well with towels, dish soap , and body soap and all toiletries. Had some spices which is a nice thing. Had a ninja blender which was great for our smoothies . Our second time at this place. There is a lady that thinks she is the property manager and likes to make comments while you are at pool second time she approached us saying the cameras are watching you . We were doing nothing wrong and she did this to us 2 years ago as well . Blonde older lady so don’t be affended I think she’s not well .

Great place, close to so many things!

Condo was very clean. The property manager Herman Jones was very responsive and helpful. It would be helpful how to access the property(gate) and parking space number prior to visit. Overall an A+ place to stay.
