Beautiful Waikoloa Beach Villa - Summer Dates On Sale Now!

Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme with all new wide plank hardwood floors throughout. It is ideally located, just steps away from the pool, tennis courts and spa. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is an end unit with windows on all four sides, 17-ft high living room ceilings and no one above or below you. Having a bedroom and a bath on each level provides additional privacy. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas was awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is set among 22 acres of tropical landscaping and palm trees, and is right next to the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. You can also play tennis, work out in the air-conditioned fitness center, or relax at two tropical pools. One of the two pools features a lava rock waterfall and spa and the other pool has a separate 18' deep children's area.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is a world class resort located on the Kohala Coast, 18 miles north of the Kona Airport. It is designed around the beautiful Anaeho’omalu Beach (A Bay) with a white sand beach, two 18 hole golf courses, the Kings’ Shops & Queens’ Marketplace with many fine restaurants, a food court, a variety of shops, and not just one, but two gourmet grocery stores.

Comfortable - Great Location - Felt like home

Stayed a week at this property. Loved the central location to many of the big islands best beaches. The house had everything we needed to make our holiday special. Pool and jacuzzi were both just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Week vacation on the big island

Overall everything was great, would absolutely stay here again. Great location, everything was clean, full kitchen for those who like to cook, access to grill, lots of beach accessories, fast internet. Only tiny nit would be the showers need a little TLC but that's about it.

Beautiful stay

This is our second time staying at this villa it’s very close to the pool and beaches are short drive ! The villa has everything you need for a beach day to even a great selection of spices for cooking ! Highly recommend our kids loved it Thx for having us

Wonderful place to stay!

We had such great family time at this beautiful and clean townhome! Great location within 3 minutes to the beach and has beautiful tropical grounds. We loved the pool and hot tub. This was a great place for a family of 5, it had everything we needed including beach gear and ice chest that came in handy. We hope to return again!

Great condo

All the Amenities

Secluded and Safe in a tropical setting, close to markets and the most fabulous beaches. We really appreciated AC and washer/dryer within the villa. Property owner communication exceptional and provided detail instructions. The pool and jacuzzi area is one of most luxurious, I’ve experienced. The exercise room had update cardio machines and weight lifting room.

Great Location & Well Equipped

Really enjoyed our stay at this property because the location made it so easy to visit all of our favorite beaches. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything from bedding, towels, beach gear and kitchen items right down to all the spices for grilling up the island meats and fish. We would definitely love to book this place again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

Our booking at this property was last minute and I’m so glad we found this unit! The location is absolutely perfect both within the development (very close to the pool) and the development’s location within Waikoloa near the Queens Marketplace and Kings shops. Beautiful golf course surrounds the area and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Love this unit and would absolutely book here again!

Hawaii for first time

It was fast access to the house, nice neighborhood. We had everything that we need and also, we had chair for the beach and accessories for the water like snorkel and life jacket.

Clean and good location

The condo is conveniently located close to a tennis court, a pool and gas grills. Few mins drive to shops, a-bay and also next to the beautiful kings trail. Communication with the host is very good. The unit is clean and overall has everything a family with children can reasonably expect. We enjoyed our stay there.

Quiet and relaxing stay

Nice comfortable two week break from the hustle of the main land. The condo is well equipped and in a good location. The pool is nearby and well maintained. Waikoloa has a lot to do especially if you like golf. We’re ready to go back. Not sure what value VRBO adds to the rental experience.

Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Beautifully appointed. Well kept grounds. Very nice pool and BBQ area. AC was fantastic! Well equipped for beach visits. Centrally located for Waikola and Kohala activities. Family friendly. Highly recommend, will stay here again.
