Luxury accommodations, discounted golf and beautiful sunsets year round.

Luxurious ground floor "no steps" villa with private lanai, large lawn area and wide open views of the golf course. Granite slab counters in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Living and dining areas have hardwood floors as do both bedrooms. Kitchen, entry and baths have tile floors. New entertainment center with a 55" 4K TV and many different board games. Nice sectional sofa and new mattresses in both bedrooms. We stock supplies for your whole stay, not just tiny amounts for the first few days. The lanai has dining for 6 plus a Viking grill and sink in the outdoor kitchen. The garage holds sand chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, coolers, two Trek bicycles, a sun tent and two sets of golf clubs. Discounted green fees of $95 for 18 holes at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $50 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a 2 minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read. The fully equipped workout room is close to the pool.. Or drive 13 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found!

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE A KING OR TWO TWINS IN THE GUEST BEDROOM. ALSO WHAT IS YOUR ETA AND ETD IF OTHER THAN STANDARD CHECK IN TIME OF 4 PM OR CHECKOUT TIME OF 11 AM AS THIS WILL HELP THE CLEANING PERSON SCHEDULE HER TIME.

Occupancy Limit is 5 persons. If you exceed this limit, there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per night. We set the AC limit at 76 degrees, but the tropical ceiling fans help it to feel even cooler.

I loved loved loved how CLEAN the place was. It has all the kitchen things you could need, and spices galore. Super nice not to have to buy all of that. So many extras like all the beach equipment. Just like staying at home. Pool was my favorite part. Not a boring pool, and not reeking of chemicals, super clean, and the waterfall features are beautiful. Golfers and wildlife in the mornings did not disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, near shops, restaurants & beaches. The condo was the cleanest of any place we have ever rented! The local contact we were given was incredibly responsive and had great suggestions for activities, places to eat and areas to visit. If we return to the big island again we will definitely be staying here!

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need for your stay. Both the hosts and Jessica were quick to answer any questions we had. The condo is stocked very well and has a lot of stuff for the beaches, cooking and island travels. We would stay here again.

Top notch location and stay!All was exemplary with this stay, there were shops nearby and everything one could think of with a wonderful place was provided. The best part of the stay was that it was so well appointed and decorated I felt it was an authentic hawaiian experience.

We loved the unit’s location on the first floor with private garage parking and with the gas bbq lanai right next to the scenic golf course. Everything we needed inside the unit was meticulously labeled, conveniently within reach, and thoughtfully provided. Practically everything we would need for a comfortable stay was already there. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dishes/utensils, coffee maker, microwave, the works. The unit has central AC supplemented with ceiling fans that helped keep us cool. When we needed to communicate with the host, they were readily available and provided prompt responses. Thank you from a bunch of Oahu locals who thoroughly enjoyed our Big Island golf staycation!

5/5 Stars: Absolute Perfection! Outstanding Amenities & Incredible HostOur stay at this condo was absolutely great! It had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable and memorable, and the attention to detail truly sets it apart. The condo is clean, beautifully appointed, and the main bed was very comfy. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with cooking utensils, spices, and other essentials, which made cooking meals easy. We also loved having a grill just outside the back door—it was a fantastic feature for easy dinners.The beach gear in the garage was a massive bonus! We took full advantage of the chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear, which made our beach days perfect. (Side note for future guests: there are also several sets of golf clubs in the garage, including a left-handed set!)The location is unbeatable—a very short walk to the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops. When we weren't out exploring, we loved spending time at the condo pool, which is incredibly enjoyable and quiet.The property owner made everything seamless. Communication was incredibly easy, and any question we had was answered very quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better home base in Waikoloa and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo, very clean, in a quiet, and friendly community. Loved the lanai. Shops are super close, you can walk to the beach, or a great restaurant. That being said, we found everything we could possibly need to make a great meal in the kitchen. They also have all the beach gear you need for adults, as well as kids!

Great location and very private. Inside stocked with everything and especially liked the amazon Alexa speaker for music. Would definitely stay there again!

Time on the Big Island

This was an excellent choice for our vacation. The place was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want for cooking and enjoying the beach. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and area attractions.

Great stay!

A great location, near shops, pool, and beaches. The unit is quiet and well equipped, the best we’ve ever had, with comfy furnishings and beds that gave us the Aloha feeling. We’ve stayed in the complex in a similar unit, this unit would be our first choice next time! Responsive property management!

Aloha! We are from Portland, Oregon and love coming to tropical Hawaii. We hope to spend more time each year enjoying all the things that the Big Island and Waikoloa Beach have to offer, like golfing, diving with the manta rays, whale watching, hiking the coastline, viewing the volcano, snorkeling, going to all the different beaches, walking different routes in the morning and paddling with the Waikoloa Canoe Club. Renting our unit has been surprisingly delightful.

We especially liked the layout of the unit, the larger kitchen, lots of privacy with no one looking in on our lanai, a lovely view of the golf course and trees, the beautiful well-kept grounds, no steps or an elevator to get to the unit, a decent sized garage and a quiet and peaceful location were all winners to us. The ease of going golfing, shopping or to the pool is great. The grill on the lanai has been awesome and we adore watching the sunsets, many of which are spectacular. Paradise found! 🌺

We love so many things about the island, the villa and the location........ being close to the ocean where we can enjoy all the water activities or walking a few more minutes to a totally beautiful but frequently empty beach. Heaven! Your stay includes the use our gold membership at the King's Club with discounted greens fees, priority booking and golf club rentals at $25 per set. The condo is a sweet blend of openness and cozy. We rarely have direct sun blazing into the unit, so it stays cool, yet it has lots of natural light and interesting views. We usually have the windows open for breezes and to hear the tropical birds. We love being on the first floor for the wide open feel, lush blooming plants at our lanai and walking out on the grass, rather than being confined by a balcony. Also, we like not having to haul our gear and groceries up steps or wait for elevators. The outdoor kitchen is used frequently as we enjoy cooking with the fresh foods of the island and the indoor kitchen can easily accommodate 4 cooks. The garage stores all kinds of equipment and keeps our car cool. We love the sunsets, the privacy, peace and quiet. If you must work in paradise, sitting at the lanai table or desk in the Master BR is as good as it gets. Every time we are there, we love it more. ❤️
