This is a non-smoking condo. Small dogs are welcome; however, cats are not permitted. Please note there is no elevator access, but the unit is located on the second level—just one easy flight of stairs.

This cozy condo sits on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, directly across the street from Shuck’ems Oyster Bar & Grill and within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants. You’ll also be just minutes from Pier Park’s shopping and entertainment, Frank Brown Sports & Aquatic Center, Walmart, the City Pier, and Gulf World Marine Park.

Parking & Amenities
Free parking is provided for one vehicle per stay. Your parking pass will be waiting inside the condo upon arrival and must remain visible in your vehicle at all times. Guests also enjoy access to the on-site pool, hot tub, three BBQ grills, and a volleyball area.

Additional Policies
A non-refundable $50 pet fee applies for guests traveling with small dogs. Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $100 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned after inspection following departure.
