Breathtaking ocean views will help you escape and find relaxation in this end-unit condo. Only feet from the water, you'll be able to embrace the entire sunrise and ocean to yourself! This condo will make you feel like you're staying in paradise in this quaint and friendly beach town! It comes furnished with a king bedroom suite, two single bunk beds, 1.5 baths, and a queen sleeper sofa. Great for couples or those wanting to enjoy the beach with the little ones. Stocked kitchen ready for cooking or enjoy proximity to the many great restaurants in Surf City! This gem is the vacation spot you will want to return to year after year.

You'll love the high end furnishings and finishes in this beautiful, ocean view condo! The cozy living room has plenty of seating for your group, and centers around the large balcony doors with amazing views of the water. It is open to the dining area and the well appointed kitchen, so you can take advantage of the views throughout all the main living spaces. The kitchen has been fully stocked with all the essentials that you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable linens, and there is a bunk bed in the hall as well as a sofa bed. The best part of the condo is the balcony with it's breathtaking views. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or end it with a nightcap while taking in the sea breeze!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and community pool. There is also an onsite laundry room near the entrance to the complex for use during your stay. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

This condo was great!!! The home was warm and the amenities were perfect. We came in and it was very clean, smelled great and the host made sure that we had parking permits and gate card right on the table easy to find. Communications were prompt and they did their best to get us into an early check in as requested. 10/10 would recommend and plan on coming back!

We couldnā€™t be happier with our stay. The properties location is unbeatable. Clean, close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony is so good you wonā€™t want to leave. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again.

We had such a great time at this property. Beautiful, oceanfront views, clean and spacious room and had everything we needed for a long weekend. About a 20 minute walk to the heart of surf city, perfect for a morning walk. All around great stay

The VIEW

Truly oceanfront (sand right below), clean, and perfect condo for small families. Everything was perfect! Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to restaurants. The grounds were well kept. I would have changed NOTHING (except staying longer). We will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved this condo! The master king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft and even the pillows were amazing! We slept great! The bathrooms were nice! The linens/towels brand new. And plenty of room. The shower is shared between 2 half bathrooms and is very functional. The balcony was spacious and the view ā€¦.. stunning! So glad we were lucky enough to stay here and definitely plan to be back!

Exploring Topsail Island

Great location for exploring the entire Topsail Island area. The condo was well equipped, beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. A door to the mechanical room was off, exposing an unsightly entry but didnā€™t affect our stay. Great communication, a quiet and lovely home away from home.
