Welcome to Prospector Perch on Black Nugget Lane! Relax in this beautiful mountain retreat in Suncadia Resort. This ideal location is close to Swiftwater Cellars Winery, golf, hiking/biking trails, and all resort activities. This 5-BDR home fits 2-4 families comfortably with multiple spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and watch the wildlife & and golfers roam!

Located in the prestigious Black Nugget neighborhood, this home is within walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge. Black Nugget is a quiet community with large property plots that ensure a unique and private experience.

This beautiful home’s main floor boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The main floor has an open floor plan with a dining table seating 10 comfortably and 4 bar stools at the island.

The down wrapped sofa is a popular place to gather for games, movie night, reading by the fire or just taking the best nap you have ever had!

Exterior:
-Upper-level Deck: Partially covered with patio furniture and gas grill.
-Lower Deck: Covered area with access to the hot tub and stairs to access the firepit area.
-Private hot tub is covered with a view of Prospector 15. The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Additional service is scheduled for longer stays.
-Outdoor gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs

The driveway can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available at the bottom of the hill at the winery. From I-90, take exit 80 and follow signs.
