Gooseneck Lodge - Family Chalet on the Saco River!

Gooseneck Lodge is a stunning property located on the bend of the Saco River, offering breathtaking views of the Attitash & Bear Peak Mountains. Relax on the expansive 40` deck & listen to the soothing sounds of the river from the hot tub or fire pit. This rustic riverfront retreat accommodates families & groups of friends, featuring a spacious family room with a cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms, 3 additional bedrooms & game room with a bar. You need to be 25 years or older to book this property.
Absolutely no parties or events.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Children should be supervised at all times when using the hot tub and when near the banks of the river.
Ring Camera on front of the house that faces drive.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

Note: No direct river access. Beach access is within walking distance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Cooling: window unit in the dining room—provided from May 1st through September 30th.
