Guest Guidelines:

Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor dumpster before checkout

Load and run the dishwasher before departure

Missing towels or linens will incur a replacement fee

No parties or smoking

Check-out: 10 AM

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking and 14+ days before check-in

50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled 7–14 days before arrival

Only the cleaning fee is refunded after that
