This home has such a comfy layout, and it's true charm is in the private outdoorspaces, both in front and out back, with amazing foliage and tons of seating! Lounge, cook out on the charcoal BBQ grill, enjoy the lit-up trees, or play in the big open space!

This home has natural light pouring in from all sides, a big spacious kitchen for entertaining, lots of seating for dining and a comfy living room with recliners and Smart TV (streaming apps available and basic cable via TVPlus). Bikes and kayaks have been provided for your enjoyment!

Beach access is two blocks away! Walk the opposite direction and enjoy the docks and great fishing spots all along the intercostal waterway.

Caps On the Water is a short walk from this home! Caps is a huge local favorite restaurant, with an amazing upscale casual outdoor vibe, great seafood, awesome bar and staff. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Walk to Castle Otttis, a historic landmark on Vilano Beach. The drive into downtown is 11 minutes long, or 5.6 miles. Enjoy all of the best St. Augustine has to offer!
