The condo was beautifully decorated; it was cozy and comfortable. We loved being just steps away from the beach and the restaurants. We’ve very much enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

This Condo was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, comfortable and very close to everything we needed. The beach is a quick 2-minute walk and the Condo supplied chairs and umbrellas for our use. The host was very communicative during the whole stay. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The property was very clean, conveniently located to everything. Management was excellent, very accommodating, quick response to any questions I had. My only 4- star… was because I wasn’t aware of the stairs to access property. Other than that I would definitely recommend this property and management company.

Great location, property had a bin with all beach necessities. Only issue we had was the fact there were no blinds in kitchen windows which was a privacy concern for us and no room darkening blinds/curtains, besides that I would highly recommend this property.

This condo is in the perfect location! Steps from the beach with amazing restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and only a quick 5 minute drive to the historic district. The condo was clean and our hosts provided all basic necessities (even a cooler for extended time at the beach)! I will absolutely book this condo again the next time I visit St. Augustine.

We loved our stay!! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and some shopping. The restaurant selection in the area had just about anything you wanted, without the drive. The area was quiet and I felt very safe walking around at night. One of the things I appreciated about the host was communication, I never had to wait long for a response, they checked on us throughout our stay and were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, steps to the beach! Great views and the condo is very cozy! Doesn’t hurt that Island Doughnuts and Kookaburra Coffee are just a short walk away ❤️ We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location/ View

This place is perfectly decorated for beach side vibes. It is a great location for all the restaurants, bars/ grills and St Augustine beach. The condo is beautiful and roomy with 2 beds/ 2 baths!! I appreciate the full size washer/ dryer and that it’s pet friendly too. I would highly recommend this for your next vacation.

Perfect beach condo.

Adorable condo just steps from the beach! Loved the decor, nice size showers and the space was perfect. Clean on arrival. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to restaurants. Just had one issue with the shower draining which the manager offered to send someone to fix. Very quick response from the manager and checked in to see if everything was good. Highly recommend.

Great condo/great location. Easy walk to beach, pier, restaurants--great ice cream across the street. It's about 10 or 15 minutes from the old part of town, but it's a pretty smooth trip. I appreciated easy instructions about location and access.

Great Location

Nice, clean, efficient condo for your stay at the beach! Best shower heads and water pressure for a rental we have stayed in! Walk to the diner, Sunset Grill and the beach. Would stay here again!
