Bluewater Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Family vacay

Our yearly vacay and we tried Orange Beach instead of our normal destination. We loved our stay. The place was beautifully decorated , clean, spacious and everything we wanted. We will be back.

Beautiful view

The property was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the access to the beach was right on the property. Our view from the 10th floor was gorgeous. We got to see dolphins every morning.

Great family vacation

We have stayed at this location before but not this condo. This condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies, bathroom, board games and more. The condo was very clean, super comfy beds, lots of bathroom towels. The view is amazing and best of all is the huge balcony with lots of seating!! We will be back.

Everything was perfect for our family! It was the first trip as a family to the beach and this condo was the perfect place for us! Location was great! Very close to everything! This condo had a lot of little details that just really stick out to us. 1. The outdoor balcony was perfect and we loved eating outside every night. Perfect furniture for that.2. There were cute hooks throughout the rooms and bathrooms so you could hang your swimsuits! So smart!3. Being on the 10th floor, people worry about how long it will take to get to have an elevator available. Well we never had to wait. The condo was a perfect size to where it never felt overwhelmingly packed!4. Pool was perfect for our little family and the kiddie pool was perfect for our 2 year old!Would highly recommended this place and will hopefully stay there again in the future!

Get away from work construction

Please was great. Beach was amazing!! Local restaurants were awesome!! Chilling in the balcony was nice till the construction works were going up and down in front of you. Then all of the noise from it. Wish we were told about construction!! I took a week off of work to get away from construction that is going on at my work. Over all great please. I would stay again!!

Great views & location

Unit had beautiful views. They have done a nice job updating but still obvious it's got some age to it. Main bathroom needed to have mold cleaned from the shower and the sink drain in main bath didn't drain. The furniture is cute but the sofa either needs a good cleaning or replaced- obvious wear stains/dirt all across the front of the seat cushions. Honestly- we had such a busy schedule for a winging ceremony that we didn't use the living area- preferred to sit outside. Halfway thru our trip the main light in the kitchen stopped working- I assume it's a faulty 2 way switch.

Excellent condo; beautifully decorated

The condo was perfect for our family. It was well decorated and thought out. The balcony was large and had plenty of space for our family of 7 to all enjoy at the same time. The area was great with 3 grocery stores within sight of our condo. The full size washer and dryer that offered a 20 minute quick wash cycle was very helpful. Shower was extra nice with lots of water pressure and heat. There is no hot tub outside, only in the indoor pool. The property and pool areas were very nice. The pots and pans were very basic, even for a condo, and the stove seemed to heat a little low. Still usable, but if you plan to cook, you might want to bring a few nicer pans and spices.

Not clean

Beautiful upon arrival; however, 1. The dishes in the cupboards were not clean...coffee rings were still in the cups. The plates had stuck on food on them. 2. The carafe had old coffee in it when we arrived. 3. The sheets were inside out on all the beds. (This one is trivial but thought you should know) 4. The toilet in the hallway is broken. The handle is broken. 5. The light above the kitchen sink does not work but it also has food all over it. I was trying to figure out how to turn it on (in the dark) and my hand got gross and nasty. Communication after our stay was not acceptable. They told us we left some swimsuits but would not send us a picture to make sure they were ours. They would charge us to send them to us but i wanted to make sure they belonged to us. I have sent them numerous messages with no reply. I also left a pair of earrings that they said they did jot find. I even told them exactly where they were. My fault for leaving them but they could return them.
