Disappointed
PROS:
*Location is excellent in Orange Beach - convenient to all the great restaurants and closer to the beach than many other condos in the area.
*This is a corner unit so the balcony is wonderful - nice and breezy and high enough to see dolphins jumping in the ocean.
*Has a full sized washer and dryer - great for families
*Very nice, large television in the living room
*Easy keyless entry
CONS:
*Very small kitchen. If you don't plan on cooking, this is doesn't matter, but it is super small
*Roaches - In the kitchen and even in one of the bedrooms. Gross
*Extremely uncomfortable beds, one of which squeaks so much, my son moved to the other room. The master bed is so uncomfortable, we slept on the sofa.
*Door does not close tightly unless you literally push it until you hear it click. We spent the first night with the door ajar because we did not push it hard to close.
None of these things were things that could be corrected immediately, so I waited until we got home to contact the manager and let them know of the issues so they could correct for the next visitors, but I never heard back from them. The roaches and the horribly uncomfortable are deal breakers for us and we will not rent from this owner again. Especially after not being contacted by the management company after we contacted them.
