Summary:
This gorgeous property is situated on the picturesque Broadway Lake in Anderson, SC, offering 300 acres of pristine water ideal for pontoon rides, fishing, and making unforgettable memories. This tiered lot boasts an impressive 100 feet of water frontage and a private dock, complete with four kayaks (3 single and one tandem), a paddleboard, and various floats and water fun for guests to explore the lake at their leisure. There is also a 6 person premium hot tub spa for your enjoyment!

The Space:
Inside the house, panoramic views of the tranquil lake are the centerpiece of the living space, providing an open and bright atmosphere.

Guest Access:
You will have access to everything except the boathouse and the basement

The Neighborhood:
Those looking to host an event or enjoy a day out can visit McFall's Landing, which is conveniently located less than a quarter-mile drive away, where guests can launch their boat or schedule an event. A short boat ride away is the Pine Lakes Golf Club, where guests can enjoy a round of golf or indulge in delicious food and drinks at J.R. Cash's on Broadway Restaurant & Bar.

Getting Around:
Need Vehicle to get around, parking on premise can hold 6 to 8 cars/trucks and is camper friendly.

Everything was just as pictured and described. It was a peaceful stay on the water with great views. A relaxing indoor electric fireplace was a nice unexpected find and the dining/game table was in a spot to view the TV and of course the beautiful lake. The owners even had two Christmas trees inside for our enjoyment over the holiday. The hot tub and firepit provided a fun night for our family.

Fantastic property! Incredibly clean! Very comfortable. Quaint and cozy. Highly recommend! Extremely comfortable beds…better than most hotels. Large, plush towels and lots of them. Host was very responsive to inquiries and easy to work with. We were in the area for Anderson University’s parents weekend, so didn’t have a lot of free time to use all the toys the host had available, but it was well stocked for fun with games, kayaks, puzzles, everything you would need for family fun. The property is on the lake with ample sitting areas to enjoy the view and fresh air. The host even left us a s’mores kit to use at the lakeside fire pit sitting area. I wish we had had more time there. We would stay there again. It is everything you would want in a lake house retreat. And the water pressure was phenomenal! 10/10!!

A perfect place for my wife and I to kick back and relax! Everything we needed was there-both inside and out! The view of the lake got better during our stay ;-) Your neighbor, Frank was so kind, as were those we passed walking the adjacent neighborhoods. We’d love to stay again!!! Thank you!!

Overall stay was great. My grandsons 18 and 21 loved fishing from the dock and the kayaks. They are just getting into fishing and absolutely loved it.. . Grilled out and cooked a lot. House was clean...plenty big enough. Very comfortable.

A gem in Anderson

We have been staying at various vrbo's locally while our home is under construction. This place was a fun & relaxing midway point for us. The kids loved the kayaks & we went out on the lake several times. The hot tub felt like a reward for all the stress home construction can be. The home is so charming. I really love the way they captured the mid century vibes and blended it so well with modern touches. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. This is a lovely little gem in Anderson.

Ladies at the lake

We had a wonderful stay! Decided on a girls trip to celebrate our birthdays and we had a blast! The property is beautiful, from the view of the lake to the attention to detail in the decor. The hot tub was such a treat we didn’t want to leave. Marvin was very communicative, polite, and helpful. The check in process was a breeze and there were a lot of water activities to choose from. Would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone and we can’t wait to come back some day!

Exceptional!

Exceptional property, beautiful home/location. Everything is very well thought out from the decor to the labeling of everything. This is a property that feels like the vacation home of a close friend and not simply another short-term rental. The owner is very responsive and courteous as well. The price was very reasonable (also rare!) with no excessive fees. This is much appreciated. This is the how you do short term rentals; I wish every experience was this great!

Serene lake stay

We loved the comfort and location of this property. There are lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine with a view of the water, the extra large sofa was very comfortable, and the beds and bedding very nice. The owner communicated well and was friendly. Bonus: views of the lake in the fall with the leaves changing was just magical. We would definitely recommend this property!

Peaceful Lake Retreat Near Anderson

Located on Broadway Lake just outside of town, this pet-friendly property offers a peaceful waterfront experience within a 15 minute drive of the restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbuck's of Anderson. The living area opens onto an expansive deck overlooking the lake and is equipped with a grill and fire table. A level below, there's a smaller deck with a hot tub and a shed with kayaks and other accoutrements for fun on the lake. This is a residential area with neighboring homes visible through the trees on each side, but not so close as to feel crowded. Marvin, the off-site host, is easily accessible by phone or email for questions or special requests and was genuinely focused on ensuring we had a delightful stay. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable getaway

The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the lake was very nice and in the middle of the summer we were surprised to have the lake practically to ourselves. Also appreciated all the water accessories furnished; kayaks, paddleboards, floats, etc.

Weekend trip

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely rental. We were in town for a family event and didn’t have time to enjoy the outside of the property, except the nice overview of the lake. The spacious common area was especially nice for our extended family to visit with each other.

We had the best weekend in this beautiful home. Wonderful details. Excellent hosts. They answered every question and had so many wonderful recommendations. Loved their dinner recommendation. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake was so peaceful. We will stay again.

The IDEAL quiet getaway

My partner and I wanted to find a place that was quite and had lake access for us to spend some quality time together and with our dogs and this space was 100% exactly what we had hoped for. The check-in process was seamless, the house was beautifully decorated and much larger than we anticipated. We hardy saw anyone during our stay, but we didn't feel totally isolated. The ideal balance for us :-) Having the lake right in the backyard was so great, and access to the SUP boards! We were able to get out on the water in the early morning and enjoy the peaceful lake together. Our dogs LOVED fetching sticks and we felt safe with them as there was enough space and an easy water entrance for them. We are thrilled about our time spent here and will absolutely be coming back for another getaway!

Dream Lake House

We loved our stay at Marvin and Angela’s lake house. From kayaks to paddle boards and corn hole and s’mores kit, everything was so well set up. We enjoyed a trip to Greenville and the little town of Anderson. Marvin and Angela were very responsive and helpful. It was a great vacation.

Dream Lake House

I am not exaggerating when I say that this lake house is a dream. If we owned a house on a lake, I would want this exact one! The owners did an amazing job of making it feel so cozy and thinking of EVERYTHING you could need for a wonderful lake vacation. I was taking mental notes of stuff all throughout the home that I want to copy in my own house. And the lake itself is so beautiful and quiet. What an amazing place to make some wonderful family memories!

My wife and I and our three kids have lived in Anderson since 2016 and love how close it is to great schools and fun experiences. We both have been in the service industry for years and really are looking forward to making sure you have everything you need for your stay!

Our kids have grown up swimming and boating in Lake Broadway, their grandparents live on the lake and so when this cozy property became available we wanted to give other people the chance to experience it. It isn't one of those huge lakes with thousands of people on it, everyone knows one another for the most part and even on the most beautiful days it isn't crowded at all.

We love sitting on the top deck in the morning drinking coffee and watching the sun come up and then getting out on the water in a kayak or just jump in for a swim/float!

We are located 10 minutes from downtown Anderson, 35 minutes from Clemson, and 35 minutes from Greenville.

Early Check-in is available for an additional $35. This allows you to check in at least two hours early (depending on availability --1PM or earlier instead of 3PM). You can request once reservation is confirmed.

We offer the following experiences, which include setup and cleanup. You can request once reservation is confirmed. Note: these are not available if requested less than 3 days before stay.
