Soaring above Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is a towering architectural masterpiece known as The Majestic Sun. This high-rise building is indeed majestic and faces the southern sun which casts its dazzling light over the glistening jewel toned waters of the emerald green gulf. The towers of The Majestic Sun are interconnected above with a tall arch which resembles a magnificent giant sandcastle that looks out upon the wide sparkling white ribbon of crystal sand beach. Directly below this soaring arch is a large indoor swimming pool with a two story cathedral ceiling and glass walls that face the beautiful beach. This watery indoor oasis interconnects and spills down to the adjoining pool and hot tubs outside where there is a patio deck with multiple chairs for lounging in the sun. You may take a refreshing plunge before or after taking a dip in the pure gulf waters which adjoins the palm studded boardwalk that runs beside the beach.

Now imagine having access to the “crown jewel” of this impressive tower which is the 5,000 square foot Mega Penthouse that sits suspended above the giant arch. This unique private residence is now available for guests who may enjoy luxurious living that defines royalty in Destin and along the Emerald Coast. With five bedrooms and seven full baths there is plenty of room for large family or friend reunion since up to twenty-two guests may be accommodated with sleeping quarters. You enter the residence on the first floor of this opulent penthouse which has a grand open room with a complete wall of windows that provide vivid views across the gorgeous gulf.

High trayed ceilings accentuate the size of this room and plush furnishings refined with a rich European styled look provide privileged comfort. Custom cabinetry and built in shelving includes an entertainment center with a giant flat screen TV for evening viewing or that “must see” game. A wet bar is conveniently available to serve up cold beverages as well. The dining area is framed by two domed vintage chandeliers which hang suspended above an elegant dining table with seating for eight. Nearby is an open state of the arts kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite topped island with five leather seats for more guests. This Great Room has four entrances along the wall of windows that lead out onto the balcony which extends from one end to the other where you may enjoy the sunny breezy views. There is also a den on this same level with a sleeper sofa and a full/twin bunk nook for kids as well as a full bath that serves as a Powder Room.

An elaborately decorated wrought iron railed staircase leads upstairs to the second floor landing that has gleaming marble inlayed flooring. Here you will find two Master Bedroom Suites with king sized beds and private luxury baths as well as two more complete suites with queen sized beds and their own private baths. There is also another twin bunk berth for the kids. All of the bedrooms are exquisitely decorated and very comfortably furnished. Big arched palladium windows in most of these rooms creates a look of luxurious opulence.

Upstairs on the third level is a loft area with a twin day bed, another full bath and a balcony with amazing views. A spiral staircase leads up to the roof top “Crow's Nest” where you can check out the spectacular scene below since you will feel like you are on top of the world!

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
