Well stocked kitchen, nice backyard and large pool, easy access to the beach, 4 very nice beach chairs included. Plenty of parking. Just a really lovely stay. Host's were great! Really, no issues. Easy access to beach was a priority and this home met it.

Amazing place! The house itself, the pool, the proximity to beach and the overall location were perfect. We had 19 people and everyone was comfortable, plenty of space and we couldn't ask for more. The host provided some excellent recommendations. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Palace. The house is great for a big group. The pool and hot tub were well heated and even bigger than they looked in the pictures. The white sand beach is amazing and we appreciated having beach chairs included. The location is perfect. We were able to utilize Wal-Mart delivery, we’re close to grocery stores, restaurants, the mall, and activities for the kids. Communication with the manager was excellent as well.

Best place to stay.

Seaside palace is quite the convenient place for a family to stay, it is spacious, suited for a large family, short semiprivate walkway to the beach,, beach in view from property, large pool size in the compound to provide for enjoyable swimming by all, young and old.

Amazing Location

House is steps away from the beach was perfect for our group. The property manager was also very responsive as the upstairs fridge wasn't working when we checked in but they were able to fix it within the hour.

We had a beach view from each level. It was a lot better from the upper levels. The location and access to the beach were great. The property was excellent. The only negatives we have are a few of the bathrooms were small and we got a whiff of cigarette smoke when we first arrived. If I had to rate this property I would still give it ten. This is one in the nicest properties we have stayed at in Miramar beach and te location is great.

Can’t wait to go back

Super convenient. Just steps to the beach! Extremely clean and responsive. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space for the kids and we would definitely come back!

Perfect Miramar Beach!

The property was absolutely perfect. We had the best of 2 worlds, the beach and the personal pool. If you don’t have fun at this property, it’s your fault.

A little slice if heaven

This house was perfect for our large group of 20+ people. The kids loved being able to run back amd forth between the pool and the beach all week. Perfect Beach House

This is a beautiful beach house, and it is a great rental for a large group with the 8 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. We had 6 kids under the age of 7 and the house and outside area is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The boardwalk to the beach is right outside of the back gate and just a short walk to the sand. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
