I love this neighborhood! It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Miami, but close to nearby hot spots, including Miami Beach, Midtown, Wynwood and downtown/ Brickell.

It’s also located within 15 minutes of Miami airport and easily accessible to the main highways, including the 95, 112 and causeways to the beach.

About the Area: Upper East Side

Located half a block from Biscayne Boulevard and 15 minutes from the pristine waters of Miami Beach.

Historic shopping districts and a nostalgic urban-tropical vibe define Miami's Upper East Side, the neighborhood that provides the best of both worlds, with a suburban setting close to the bay.

Close proximity to the Miami Design District, Midtown/Edgewater, Wynwood, Downtown Miami, South Beach, including being nearby to cafes, restaurants, fitness facilities, shops, hospitals and university campuses.
