**The space**
Aquatika is an exclusive community of private apartments that, while not a resort, offers top-tier amenities to make you feel like you’re staying at one. Our apartment is located near the end of the complex, in the buildings facing the beach. This means you get the privacy you desire without giving up stunning ocean views, a true oasis where you can unwind and savor every moment.

It features a living room, dining room, and an open kitchen with a balcony view. From the balcony, you can admire the beautiful beach. It has a remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to bring your groceries and cook your delicious dishes. It also has a laundry room and two full bathrooms. It has three bedrooms. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom.
The televisions in both bedrooms are Smart TVs and can stream internet channels (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) over Wi-Fi. The televisions in the living room and master bedroom are also Smart TVs and have Liberty cable TV. The apartment's Wi-Fi is high-speed.

Note:
1. Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are submitted. Once names are submitted to Management, no changes or additions are allowed.
2. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It is usually restored in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but please do not let this stop you from giving us the opportunity to host you.
3. For your stay we provide some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they run out during their stay.
4. The beach access gate opens at 8:00 am until dark.
