Our tech-enabled apartments offer self check-in at 4pm, 24/7 guest support by text, phone, or chat, and a Virtual Front Desk accessed via mobile device.
The Space:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- Bedrooms: 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2)
- Living room: sofa queen (sleeps 2)
PARKING:
- Our property offers paid parking at a rate of $18 per day.
- The city is currently constructing a new road in our area, which may temporarily impact street parking and traffic flow. The project is expected to be completed by December. We recommend allowing extra travel time and planning accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

If you prefer to eat outside, walk two blocks to Larimer Square and choose from many outdoor options like Rioja, Tamayo or Colorado's first brewpub, the Wynkoop Brewing Company.

Our Kasa is located in the heart of Denver's vibrant RiNo district and a few blocks from Union Station. The city offers various transportation options so you can get around without any trouble, including ride-sharing. We provide a parking space for a fee for one vehicle per reservation for select room categories. The Denver International Airport is located 24 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night nght for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- Our property offers paid parking at a rate of $18 per day. Parking fees will be collected online through your Kasa Booking Confirmation.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
- Our building is certified at LEED Gold, allowing our guests to enjoy an experience with a lower environmental impact.
