Amazing stay over Christmas

Our party of 8 from the uk stayed over Christmas. The villa is located on a beautiful resort and is located not far from the resort entrance and clubhouse. Check in was easy, all the relevant information was sent before we traveled. The villa is beautiful, well maintained and clean, great for families. Vince was amazing, we had a couple of issues, pool pump broke, this was temporarily fixed the same day I messaged and permanently fixed within 48hrs. We also had an issue with the oven, which Vince responded to immediately sending out a thermometer so we could check the temperature inside the oven, but within 48hrs a new oven was delivered and installed. We would šŸ’Æ stay there again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Amazing villa lovely area

We have just come back from two wonderful weeks staying at Vince and Denise villa !! What a wonderful house they catered to our every need this villa had everything . It was clean and very luxurious, the beds were very comfy and most of all the pool area was great and kids loved it .. thanks so much for making Orlando a great experience Will most definitely recommend you to rent this villa !!

This villa is one if the nicest ones we have stayed in. There is everything, and I mean everything, you could possibly need for a great holiday. Decorated beautifully, the pool was kept lovely and clean during our stay. First impressions when we walked were, wow! I would totally recommend this villa, you do need a car to get to the parks but itā€™s well worth hiring one to stay here, the owners were easily contactable before our visit and responded within 24 hours of any queries we had. Would 100% recommend

Wonderful stay.

Everything about the house was great! Plenty of space for both the adults and kids. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool and game room were also great. We loved being able to cook the majority of our meals at the house, as the kitchen was plenty spacious and has wonderful appliances, and there is also nice Weber grill at house for grilling. Highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Amazing stay

Great place for a family vacation. The villa is beautiful and very spacious. On arrival the villa was spotless and was exactly as pictured. Denise and Vince were excellent hosts, great communication throughout and even provided us with a welcome box of snacks and bottled water. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone planning a vacation to Orlando. We hope to return to Solterra Sunny Oasis soon.

Sunny Oasis at Solterra was amazing. The house was immaculately clean and offered all the amenities you could ask for. The pool area was perfect as well. Vince was so easy to community with. He was responsive and determined to ensure our stay was perfect. They even offer a very nice app for your phone that give you any and all information you need for an amazing get away. The most beautiful villa!

The Villa is absolutley fantastic. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom. It has everything you could need to have a self catering holiday. The pool area was very clean. We spent many nights out there after long park days, the pool and spa lit up at night was lovely. Smart TVs around the villa. Security code on the door which was a great touch as you didnt need to worry about carrying a key. The beds, pillows and bed linen were top quality and very comfy. The villa had towels, initial supply of loo roll and plenty hand wash at each sink. Fully equiped kitchen and excellent laundry facilities. The host was great, any questions the response was almost instant and ever so helpful. The resort is very secure with 24 hour security. Staff all very friendly. We used the communal area once which was immaculatley clean and the food was tasty. We would not hesitate to recommend and we would 100% stay again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Fabulous

The villa was fabulous - clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and amazing attention to detail. We didnā€™t have any small kids but the kidsā€™ pizza/playroom under the stairs was so cute ā¤ļø and my bigger ā€˜kidsā€™ loved the Star Wars lounge and the Games Room. We loved the pool and spa and just the whole relaxing vibe. Vince and Denise provided first class customer service - pre and during the holiday. We loved the little extra touches, such as the little food welcome pack, pool towels, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. Would highly recommend.

Solterra Sunny Oasis is perfect!

Two king bedrooms on first floor were perfect for our seniors with mobility issues. Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need is included. Two spacious living areas to spread out. Nice game room for kids and kids at heart. Recommend pool and spa heat in winter months so you can enjoy the outdoor area to its fullest. Great communication with owners and maintenance. Highly recommended!

Our stay here was fabulous! The space was perfect for our entire family. The boys loved the star wars themed loft where they could play games and watch their own shows. The furniture was comfortable and thought through with large tables and plenty of seating. The kitchen island was great and the pantry was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The snack bowl on the island was a nice touch! We also spent a lot of time outdoors. The outdoor space was complete with furniture, a table, and an outdoor TV! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Villa and location

This villa is spacious and very well-equipped. My family of 8 was able to spread out very comfortably. on the upper floor, there is a flex space and four bedrooms.2 further master bedrooms are located downstairs. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The villa is located within a gated community, and security was always out on patrol. The games room has loads to keep everyone amused. Theme parks located 20-40 minutes away by car. Ideal accommodation which I would not hestitate to book in the future. The owner, Vincent was always on hand to answer any questions I had and I felt very confident that our stay was the most important thing to him.

Perfect Holiday Rental

We have just spent two weeks at Solterra Sunny Oasis which was a stunning villa with more than enough space for six adults and three children (plus an extra adult and child for one night). The location was great, not too far from the resort facilities, with a south facing garden, great pool and backing on to fields, with a bbq which we used most nights. The games room was great fun for both the children and adults. The villa was tastefully decorated with two themed bedrooms for the children and a great lounging area for them upstairs, well away from the adults! Vince couldnā€™t have been more helpful and prompt in replying to any queries we had and I absolutely recommend staying here, whether visiting the Disney parks (close by) or just chilling. The Solterra resort was also loved by the children for its lazy river and water slide. Highly recommend

A Truly Exceptional Stay ā€“ We Canā€™t Wait to Return!

We had an incredible stay! Vince was responsive, friendly, and helpful from the start, even accommodating a guest change with ease. The moment we walked in, we could tell the home was spotless and well cared for. It was the most well-stocked rental weā€™ve experiencedā€”everything from toiletries in every bathroom to laundry detergent, coffee, and tons of towels. The kitchen was perfectly organized with labeled appliances and plenty of cookwareā€”a dream for someone like me.The home was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with blackout curtains and USB outlets. The game room was a family favoriteā€”ping pong, basketball, darts, and even an Atari simulator! A few extra chairs in there would be great, but we loved it. The A/C worked great throughout the house, including in the game room.The outdoor space was fantastic tooā€”great pool, grill, and a covered area for relaxing or dining, even in the rain. Check-in/check-out was a breezeā€”the easiest weā€™ve ever had. The location was perfect: close to stores and restaurants, and a reasonable drive to major attractions. The communication from Vincent prior to booking was exceptional and he was so quick to answer all questions we had,.When we arrived at the property late in the evening and found a caddy of snacks and bottled waterā€¦ this was such a delightful surprise after hours of traveling. The house is beautiful, very clean, and had a nice relaxed feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable and kids loved the two themed bedrooms. There were so many extra touches that were greatly appreciated, hand soaps at all sinks, starter supply of detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabsā€¦ they really went the extra mile to accommodate their guests. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely return back.

A Dream Get Away

We traveled with friends and the house was MORE than enough space for 7 children and 3 adults! We all had comfortable places to sleep and hang out! No one in our crew was interested or ready to leave when it was time to go ... The house was equipped for all of our needs (and then some). While we never connected with Vince ourselves, our friend did on our behalf. He was so responsive that we began to call him HER friend ... Vince clearly went above and beyond to make things work for us. We strongly recommend the pool heat. It made things so much more fun for the kids (so that even when the weather was cooler, the pooler was plenty warm enough to play in). We will recommend.

Beautiful home with an amazing host!

Our week at the Sunny Oasis was shared with family friends. The home was more spacious than we expected, providing so many spaces to play or relax for our group of 10! Not only was it spacious but the home had so many unique touches from statement light fixtures and walls to humorous Star Wars themed bathroom. These details added to our enjoyment of our home away from home for the week! Best of all, the home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was well stocked with towels and blankets. Highlights of the home were the game room for the kids, and the backyard pool and hot tub that included a lounge area where we enjoyed watching a Michigan win on the outdoor TV. One piece that you might not see from the pictures is that the backyard holds privacy with an open field where at times we saw cows or cranes and also beautiful sunsets! We prepared most meals at the home and Vince was amazing in stocking the home with a crockpot and griddle per my inquiry if the home had one! The pantry allowed for all the food to have a "home" as well. If we could we would give Vince 10 stars for his quick responses and hospitality! The app provided includes all you might wonder about and we found ourselves using it often even for restaurant ideas. Thanks, Vince for an incredible week at your property! We loved it!

The owners, Denise and Vince, have been coming to Orlando regularly for the last 25 years and recently (January 2023) decided to purchase this property as our home away from home. We have amazing memories of the area and all it has to offer. Our three boys have been vacationing to the area since before they could walk and still love the area. We would like to share this property with others and will treat all guests as friends. We want to do everything in our power to make sure your family vacation is magical and will be able to share our knowledge of the theme parks and other activities that Central Florida has to offer. We know how hard you work to give your family the best vacation possible and how stressful it can be to plan a trip to the area. We recently decided to leave our management company because we have very high standards regarding how our new friends experience our home. We want to hear directly from them how we can make not only this trip more enjoyable, but how we can improve the home for their next stay with us.
