Welcome to our cozy coastal townhouse, the perfect spot for a family getaway or a relaxed weekend with friends. This two-level home offers two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and everyday conveniences like a washer and dryer on the main floorā€”so you can truly settle in.

Start your mornings with coffee on one of two private balconies, watching the sun rise over the emerald waters. When youā€™re ready, the beach is right across the wayā€”less than a 2-minute walkā€”where soft sand and peaceful views are always waiting.

Inside, the open living space flows easily into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, giving you everything you need to cook, snack, or gather together. Thereā€™s seating for six at the table plus extra bar seating, making it easy to share meals, games, or late-night conversations. The living room is set up for comfort, with a wet bar, mini fridge, coffee maker, and plenty of seating to relax, watch TV, or step out onto the main balcony and enjoy the view.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, the second bedroom includes a queen trundle and a full-size bed, along with easy access to the guest bathroom and its own balcony that leads toward the pool and beach area.

For peace of mind, a single exterior security camera monitors the driveway and front door only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private spaces. Guests also have access to two reserved parking spaces. We also provide beach chairs & a wagon - located inside the property,

Youā€™re just a short walk from one of Miramar Beachā€™s favorite waterfront spots - Pompano Joeā€™s. Whether youā€™re craving fresh seafood, tropical drinks, or live music with a view, itā€™s an easy stroll from the townhouse. Ellis Drive is also perfectly positioned near beachside shopping, local cafĆ©s, and ice cream stops, with Silver Sands Premium Outlets only minutes away for a day of shopping. Spend time exploring nearby scenic walking paths, book a dolphin cruise or paddleboard rental, or head down Scenic Gulf Drive to check out other popular spots like Whaleā€™s Tail, The Surf Hut, and Captain Daveā€™s. From laid-back beach days to great food and local fun, everything you need is right around the corner.

Communications with owners was great! Unit was really well prepared and kitchen included multiple cooking options. The location was wonderful - next to the beach and to the walking trail. We will definitely put this on our list for future visits to the beach.

The Townhouse was well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. It was also clean and well updated. They had beach stuff like chairs, sand toys, coolers as well as many other games. The kitchen had a lot of extras as well. It was very warm an welcoming. We have been vactioning in Destin for almost 10 years about 2 to 3 times a year. The owners were very accomodating and offered help if we needed it.

Blue Surf 20 was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip. The condo is clean and had everything that we needed. The location could not have been better!. Our host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend and hope to rent this unit again!

Great stay!

This property is such a great place to stay! Right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. It has all that the amenities you could need including beach chairs umbrellas and a wagon to take it all there. The only thing I would suggest is a swiffer sweeper or wet jet to keep up with the sand. The fact that we could take our pups (they had towels and a corner spot and snacks for them) was a nice bonus! Will definitely come back given the chance!

Yani was an amazing host. We received our checkin information which was very detailed making check in and out very easy and smooth. Yani text us a couple times during our stay to check in and see if we needed anything and was very accommodating. The townhome was beautiful and we absolutely loved the views. Very kid friendly. Even others staying at the other homes were friendly. Fully equipped kitchen was awesome even with plastic ware for the kids. We absolutely loved our time here and would stay again.

Honestly one of our favorite places weā€™ve stayed in this area. Extremely close to the beach and the best restaurant is right beside the property. Big rooms, awesome pool, and fantastic staff. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

Condo was clean and decorated very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We also appreciated having an airfryer for leftovers . Everything was there that you would need for the beach from chairs,umbrella, wagon and more. Perfect location right across the street from the beach & Pompano Joe's restaurant(very good ,but like most places, a little cashy). Also within walking distance to several other places to eat or go for icecream. The pool was heated and located in a very well maintained court yard. Condo was pet friendly except dogs are not allowed in court yard. You can have them briefly outside to potty on the grass right outside of the patio doors, but that is the only place they are allowed in the fenced courtyard. I can understand , as they take very good care of the grounds . Not really a problem as you have nice sidewalks to take long walks all along the scenic parkway in front of the condo. They even had dog dishes and dog towels and some treats and toys. Our golden did not like the stairs ,as they could be a little slick & he did slip on them several times. We made a trip to Home Depot ,bought some rubber backed indoor outdoor rugs & a carpet knive & cut them for stair treads. Well worth it !!! As far as Yani & Tony, they are the beyond exceptional host !! Yani responded almost immediately to any questions I ever had and just overall helpful with everything.

Simply Wonderful!!

Beautiful, quaint, and perfect rental for our family vacation! The location canā€™t be beat and the condo had everything we needed (and more) to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. The hosts provided superb hospitality and timely communication. Sitting on the balcony viewing the ocean was our favorite. We hope to return in the future!

Blue Surf - Way to Go!!!

We really enjoyed our visit and loved the condo. Very clean and we really liked the extra items in the kitchen and special touchs throughout the property. We will stay there again in the future! Also, the host/owner was the most responsive person I have had in all the vacation rentals we have used.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Blue Surf 20! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotlessā€”truly one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and beach gear, which made our stay so comfortable and convenient.The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and relaxing, but what really made the experience stand out was the host. Perfect for a family trip

This is our second time staying here. Everything was perfect and the condo is loaded with everything you need for a short walk to the beach. Very clean, plenty space for everyone, great location. Walking distance to ice cream shop or Alvinā€™s Island for anything you forgot. Yani is a great host and very responsive!
