Complete with all the amenities you need for your family vacation. The Edgewater will be your new annual getaway!

Direct Snowmobile Trail Access right out your front door!

Have a bigger group? Head North LLC owns the Aspen on the same property and manages Musky Hideout on the other side of the lake. The Morgan is just a few miles away in the woods.

The Space:
The cabin has been completely remodeled in December of 2023. Enjoy a completely updated kitchen and bathroom, including a washer/dryer!

Guest Access:
Entire private cabin is yours.

Other Things to Note:
Free firewood! All docks on the property are for any guest use.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will have multiple ways to contact Sue and myself. Also, we have local resources available for any issue that may arise.

Great little cabin on the lake. Enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake and having a bonfire white watching the northern lights!

Vacation Week

Last week of May, weather was perfect, warmed during the day and cooled at night. Perfect for outdoor campfires and cooking in the fire pit! Really appreciated the wood that was provided! The cabin was very clean and as pictured. The bedrooms are small so be prepared but they are only needed for sleeping. The living area is comfortable and open with amazing views of the lake!! Dock is right outside to tie our boat up to and there is a boat landing on site which makes things super easy! Friday Fish is a must try at Lost Land Lake Lodge! It was a quiet week, perfect for relaxing!Craig and Sue were great to work with also, quick to respond to questions and were attentive to any needs so that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much! - from the Abelā€™s and our goldendoodle!

Ideal Location Great Communication

We booked a week in the Edgewater cabin just before Memorial Day as we had recently purchased a boat and wanted to spend time getting familiar with it. However, we also needed a setup that would allow us to work during the day as well. The cabin fit the bill on both fronts! We were able to dock the boat practically right outside the front door of the cabine and we had a comfortable setup inside the cabin for our workday. If only Mother Nature had given us better weather, we could have spent more time on the water, and less time in the cabin! But, we can't control the weather. We appreciated the quick and timely communication from the property owner as well. I would recommend Head North LLC's cabins to anyone looking in the Hayward area and wouldn't hesitate to consider staying here again when we return to Hayward.

This is a very comfortable, cozy cabin on a beautiful and quiet lake. Itā€™s a hidden gem. The owners are wonderful people and very responsive.

Last minute get-away

Rental was as listed. Rented 2 days ahead and everything was good to go upon arrival. Owner had provided contact number and codes for keyless entry, nice not worrying about a key. Owner introduced himself to us as was in cabin near us, made sure we had everything we needed. View is great, cabin well stocked with everything such as towels, tp, paper towels and even newer pots and pans. Dock and firepit right out the door. Internet great as was the tv service as we had RAIN. Great job Craig.

Great Weekend on the Water

Enjoyed our weekend at Edgewater on Lost Land Lake. Terrific fishing lakeā€¦caught bluegill, small & large mouth bass, northern and a musky. Docked my boat right in front of the cabin which was right on the water. Enjoyed campfire too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Getaway

Such a nice cabin right on a quiet lake with a 10mph limit! Beautiful place to kayak, fish and relax. The hosts are incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. Their thoughtfulness shines through every detail from a fully stocked kitchen, to linens and towels, smart tv's and fans in every room, wifi, and so more. Book a stay at one of their properties and enjoy!

Great location

We loved our time here. We loved how close to the water it was and how peaceful it was. My boys loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come again!

Amazing private view!

Wow! This cabin might look smaller from the outside, but it is actually quite spacious! The inside is roomy, incredibly comfortable, very cute and the porch is amazing! The cabin is set off from the rest just a bit so that you really feel like you are in your own little private resort. If you donā€™t want to, you wouldnā€™t have to see anyone else at all! Coffee in the screened in porch with the view of the water just feet away was astounding. Could not beat that! Then at night a campfire with the water right behind you couldnā€™t be more picturesque! I almost donā€™t want to recommend because I want this available for our next vacation, but it is too good not to share! Enjoy!

The Edgewater is a special property. It is a unique mix of privacy and proximity to the water. It is a nice place for a family vacation, but also can be a compliment to The Aspen for a larger group.

Water right out the window, plus the screen porch is a maginificient place to watch a summer thunderstorm come in.

There are multiple docks on the property for your use, boat launch on the property, firewood is provided, and there are several great places in the area to eat and drink. Enjoy the Edgewater!
