Michael's home is very nice and spaceous. He did a good job of communicating before and during our stay. However, more attention is needed in the overall management of the home. For example, upon our check-in there were no towels in any of the bathrooms. Instead, they were still in the dryer and were very damp because the dryer lint screen was overflowing with moldy lint since it had not been cleaned for a VERY long time. Both the garbage and recycle containers were completely full and almost overflowing when we first arrived, which was the day after the regular weekly pick-up. So obviously, they weren't being taken out to the curb when they should have been. The kitchen had a serious ant problem on the counters and in the cabinets. He had a couple of small ant traps placed on the counters, but some investment in professional pest control is sorely needed. Lastly, while we did not need to use the pool for most of our visit, it was in very bad condition until after the pool service came the 4th day of our 6 day visit. The water was very cloudy and algae was growing on the walls. Michael did offer to come clean it before the pool service came, which was not necessary for us since we didn't need to use it at that time. Yet even after the pool service came, dirt continued to accumulate on the bottom because the robotic service cleaner was not operable. When pointing this out to Michael, he stated that it only runs 2 hrs. on a charge. Not a good solution to the prob
