Welcome to our home! With its stylish design, ample living space, and a multitude of amenities, it is the perfect choice for families, groups, or anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious retreat.

We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every checkout.

* Kindly let me know total number of EV cars
* $10 per car / per night
* $150 fine for lost / stolen keycard
* Please ensure that the EV charger adapter and keycard are securely stored upon departure.
* We request that you take a photo of the EV charger when checking out.

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.

PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $150 fine for lost / stolen EV charger keycard
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

Sink blocked. Curtains with missing blinders. 4 towels for 8 people. Heater only warm up the 2nd floor. Dirty bath tub. Host barely answers the questions when you are booked for 100%

Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open.

Nice and clean, everything was great. Enough rooms and beds for a big family to stay. I recommend this place if your looking for a nice luxury place to stay.

Large family

The house is beautiful and perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to Universal Studios, Hollywood Boulevard, and the beach.

Perfect for what we needed

Me and a group of friends needed a place that would fit us all for Anime Expo and this location was perfect. The owner responded very quickly if we had any questions and all 7 of us fit comfortably in the space. Definitely considering booking again for next years convention.

Nice, clean, convenient place

House was large enough to accommodate our group with each having their own bed/bath. Convenient to everything we needed, and in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that we had a secure grarage for our rental car. No frills…just a comfortable, modern, nice place with room for a group of 5 or more. Recommend.

LA Convention stay

We had a TCG tournament at the LA Convention Center. All 9 of is were able fir in the house and get some practice.

Modern style residence. The unit accommodated our party perfect. Check-in went smoothly and the communication with host went well prior to our arrival then I’m not sure if it was technical issues or the host wasn’t available. The response time took longer than expected. Once we entered the unit we noticed immediately the upkeep (cleanliness) could have been maintained much better considering how nice the unit presented itself. There was only one couch that was covered in stains that we didn’t feel comfortable sitting there. We chose to seat ourselves at the dining table instead. The carpet in the rooms were dirty and the handing towels in one bathroom was not cleaned and was turned inside out. Beds were uncomfortable. The units is not young kid friendly because of the stairs (3 story)There was a situation going on with entering and exiting the unit. The door sweep had this huge piece of metal sticking out that was definitely a trip hazard we had to take caution each time. We rented an extended SUV because of our party size of 5. The neighbors in the back who I’m pretty sure we’re the actual owners of the units was not accommodating when it came to parking. They parked in front of the unit in which they resided making it almost impossible to maneuver my way in and out of the garage. I even tried to park on the street. Not sure why the didn’t take advantage of the parking space on the side of the unit. I reached out to the host but there was no follow up on that concern.

Host responded very fast! Communication was on point! I really want to shoutout the hosts because I did book for Halloween weekend and it was my birthday too. They didn’t cancel the reservation or assume anything unlike the previous hosts I’ve been in contact with. Very great with communication. Wished me a happy birthday and made sure my stay was perfect! House was clean and very roomy. All my guests enjoyed their stay and would recommend it. The area was very close to Melrose and DTLA. Felt super safe there! Would definitely book there again or any other properties.
