Beautifully decorated w/ample sitting &dining space & a fully stocked kitchen ready for you &your guests to enjoy! The grassy area &tiki bar are great to host amazing BBQ`s/picnics. Roast marshmallows in the fire, watch the freighters go by, or cozy up on the large comfy couch w/your loved ones

A car is needed to travel to shops, restaurants, etc

- Dogs are allowed. Please get permission first before you rent. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outisde, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additonal fee to bring your dog(s).

HOUSE RULES: (some rules may differ for events)

- No more than 10 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors `way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, and put into dumpster at end of stay
- You must be 25 or older to rent this property
- No tents, campers or motor homes are allowed
