Super cute property! The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is fantastic with lots of space, a fire pit, grill area and games. The garage was also fantastic with a pool table and bar tables. Wish we had more time to enjoy all that the house had to offer. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive. Our only complaint was there was a pet smell in one of the rooms but that is a chance you take when staying at a pet friendly property. We didn’t have a dog but it would be a fantastic place to stay if you do have one!

Amazing property! The furnishings were so beautiful and everything was absolutely immaculate. We were very pleased with how clean and top notch everything on the property is and had lots of fun playing foosball too. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The property was very nice and really cool , a fun place to stay. We booked it for a work conference/trade show. The property provided plenty of entertainment options( pool table , arcade games, etc.) . Was close to lots of restaurants and stores.

Excellent property for a family stay

The property is very clean and cozy, the bedrooms are very comfortable , the amenities like the game room , backyard and pool table were amazing for entertainment during the stay and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

Great home away from home

I travel from Florida to visit my family in Clear Lake Texas at least once a year and have always done extended stay hotels but decided to rent a home this time and I am so glad I did, the hosts thought of everything within this house and it was Amazing and will definitely use this place each time we come as long as it.is available.

Great stay

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. My older kids loved the game rooms. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the house and area. Very close to just about everything!

Property had several safety issues on site. Numerous electrical outlet covers were damaged or partially missing, outdoor lawn trim had rusty screws exposed and in line with walking area, master bath shower floor pan has aggressive slope which increases opportunity for slipping. The couch sections were also all loose and required replacement / alignment after sitting or lounging. Upon arrival the exterior garbage bins were overflowing with trash and recycling. Door locks from the garage to the main house were difficult to lock, and were found unlocked at arrival. Overall craftsmanship is also unsightly upon closer inspection. Areas of flooring were found with gaps and did not fully extend into the lower trim. Areas of the walls appeared to be painted in a manner that indicates lack of preparation. The owner was able to have some of the electrical outlets repaired, and the screws were removed after contacting the owner. The neighborhood is nice, surround area is accommodating. Grocery stores are nearby.

Perfect place

This is such a lovely and cozy place in the Clear Lake area, and all of the indoor/ outdoor seating and activities make this place a gem. Mike was so accommodating with an unusual request we had and responsive. Our 102 yr old matriarch lives nearby, and I know many of us will look forward to staying here in the future when in town!

Family NASA Getaway.

We absolutely loved this property. The home was very clean when we arrived. The host was very easy to communicate with, beds were comfortable and the back yard was so nice. We played outdoor games and enjoyed coffee on the enclosed porch every morning. We brought a fur baby and the neighborhood is so walkable. We also enjoyed being only five minutes from Johnson Space Center, lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Staying in such a clean and comfortable home made our trip Houston a blast.

We stayed at this house while on a trip for our son's birthday at NASA space center. The house was perfect for our boys and a great location. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful Home

This was a very well-groomed neighborhood and house was just awesome. We choose this house because we were in between Houston and Galveston. There was a mall very nearby, and plenty of places to eat. We stayed entertained in the garage with an 8' pool table and dart board. This made for some good memories to be made. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Place!

What an amazing property to stay at. We all drove from Florida for my daughter’s wedding and this place couldn’t have suited us all any better. We had games to play at night, the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. There was a playpen, high chair and stroller for my grand baby. We grilled steak fajitas outside and we able to have our fur babies with us. Definitely will return🤗

Great neighborhood

We came in for a wedding so we didn't get to enjoy all of the property as we didn't spend much time in the house. It's a very quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. I would recommend this place and we would stay there again if we had more family joining us. There were some very minor things we mentioned to the owners which I'm sure they will take care of. If your pets are joining you, we felt the fee was very expensive. Overall experience was good.

We would recommend that the host take a night or two and stay at the house, as wonderful as it is, there are a few little things that need taking care. For example, the master door doesn't lock, the shower head pipe is not connected to the supports in the wall and need to trim the bolts on the tp holder they rub the pocket door to the shower

Perfect for our Family Getaway

We brought our boys (ages 19, 15, and 11) for a Christmas getaway so we could spend quality time together. Visited Space Center Houston which is always worth the trip, Baybrook Mall, Tanger Outlets, Top Golf Webster, and Break Free Escape Room. Ate Cheesecake Factory, BJ's Brewery, and drove to Kemah/Seabrook to Tookie's for oysters. This house is in a quiet neighborhood but near anything you need and very close to all the activities we did. House is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our down time there with pool, darts, arcade, etc.... Beds were very snuggly! Mr. Hayes was excellent about communicating and always ready to help with anything. We definitely want to come back again and enjoy more time here. I would recommend this house for anyone, especially families. We will certainly try to come back again! Loved every minute here! Thanks for a relaxing Christmas break!

Great family getaway

My family and I brought in the new year in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's very easy to do with televisions in almost every room, a pool table, a game room, a sun room, and 2 outside sitting areas. We only left the house to go to the movies, church and the NASA museum. The home is dog friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and walker/runner friendly. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We all appreciated having luggage racks in our rooms and because I had a little work to do, having a desk in the master bedroom was awesome. Mike, the owner, responded to inquiries faster than any other property owner I've interacted with and I greatly appreciated that. The home isn't far from Hobby and because it is on the southeast side, if you're coming in from Louisiana or points east and have a Texas toll tag, you can avoid some Houston traffic by taking 99 from I-10. We'd definitely stay here again!

Terrible

When we arrived at the property, they had a crew fixing the gutters making it impossible to use the backyard. I paid extra money for my dogs to have a yard to run around in. The crew came back at 7am the nect morning and worked another half day. The foosball table that was advertised was broken, and when we finally were able to use the backyard, the grill was filthy and there was no propane. We contacted the management and they were not receptive and only told us sorruly fotlr the inconvenience. Not worth the money at all.
