This second-floor condo is a walker's delight, as it sits on the west side of Vail Village less than half a mile from Gondola One. Stroll less than half a mile in the other direction toward Lionshead Village and you'll find the Dobson Ice Rink, the Born Free Express Lift, Eagle Bahn Gondola 19, and even more options for excellent shopping and dining.
Return home after a beautiful day spent skiing, snowboarding, or hiking to be greeted by a light-filled living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Admire the snow-capped ridgelines and evergreen treetops from inside, or step out onto the balcony to breathe in the fresh air and get the gas grill going for dinner.
The open living space is comfortable and welcoming all year round, offering a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room table, and a sitting area where you can watch movies on cable and streaming in the warmth of a gas fireplace. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom featuring a jetted bathtub. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
