Connie`s Riviera Villa: On the Sand, Balcony, Parking & Bikes!

Below you will find details about our 1 bed/ 1 bath home, Connie’s Riviera Villa in Pacific Beach.

This romantic and upscale condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably. You will have a great night of sleep in the king size bed with a 5 star mattress purchased from The Four Seasons Resort. It also features a comfortable double size guest Murphy bed that folds down from the wall. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for dining in. The kitchen has quartz countertops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. There is a transparent polycarbonate "ghost" dining table, chairs from Kartell and 3 flat screen TVs, including one in the bathroom. The living room has a plush carpet, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and an unbeatable view! The bathroom has double pedestal sinks and a large oval tub with a shower. There is a coin operated laundry room about 30 feet down the hall.

We can provide an air conditioning unit for an additional fee. Please contact us to reserve the inventory.

The Riviera Villas are situated on the quieter East side of beautiful Sail Bay (the loveliest part of Mission Bay)! You will have a magnificent view of the sunsets with the activities of the bay in the foreground; kite-boarders, sailboats, water skiers, catamarans, etc. Yet, you are only 12 minutes from San Diego's bustling downtown historic Gaslamp area with its fine dining, 1.5 miles from SeaWorld, and within 15 minutes from the lovely Balboa Park with the famous San Diego Zoo. So, you can have it all!

Enjoy your coffee on your private balcony as you watch the boardwalk come alive. Right below, people are on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, and just strolling at leisure. Take a stroll or ride our two provided beach cruiser bikes around the bay and if you like, cross over to Mission Beach with its wide boardwalk to watch the surfers or catch a glimpse of the green flash at sunset.

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

It is important for you to read all the details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, some home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!

Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.

Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. Please contact us with any questions.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!
Guests have access to the entire condo, a coin-operated laundry on every level, and the parking garage.


Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!

Policies & What to Expect

THERE IS NO POOL OR HOT TUB AT THIS PROPERTY!

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Nightly Minimum Policy:
2-4 night minimum required in the off season. 

☀️ Holidays: 
5 night minimum. There are no arrivals on Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.

☀️ Summer: 
Memorial Day - Labor Day, 5 night minimum. No arrivals on Independence Day (July 4).

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy. 

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted at this property. Guests who bring a pet that is not a service animal will be fined by the HOA.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.

After booking:
We manage properties on behalf of our owners. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. This agreement reviews our terms and conditions, house rules and policies, and what to expect of your stay. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. Very enjoyable!

Clean, welcoming, with lots of sunlight unit. Very clean, with everything you might possibly need. Stunning view from the living room and the balcony made our breakfasts more enjoyable. Only a bike ride away from the Pacific shore! We would definitely recommend this place to a friend or a family member.

We had a great time and the property is in a great location. Having the bikes to use was a HUGE plus!!! The ONLY downfalls were all the keys and codes we had to have to access the apartment. However, that just means we were extra safe!! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Excellent location with lovely views

Condo was located in a perfect spot, clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed! The view is great to gaze at all day. Had bikes and all the beach necessities which we used. My only feedback would be to get comfortable chairs for the patio, wanted to spend more time out there but the chairs were a literal pain in the butt (ha ha)

Relaxing visit with family.

Loved this property. The accommodations are wonderful, relaxing and comfortable. Management was very responsive, check in was easy and we appreciate the fact that it has designated parking. We love that it was walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants and it has great views. My husband said it was one of the most relaxing visits to San Diego that we have experienced.

Ideal location

Great view of Mission Bay and has immediate access to walking/biking trails. Clean bay beach and not crowded like the actual beach right around the cove. Neighborhood quiet. Happy to have garage parking. Unit nicely furnished.

The balcony light does not work, lamp on balcony table not working, electric grill on balcony is a fire hazard, bathroom restroom floor around toilet is dirty, lamps in bedroom dirty and dusty, screen missing in bedroom window MAJOR HAZARD if child was in condo, elevator is a hazard last posted inspection is from 2017!!!! Great sunsets but it takes a lot more to rate it a 5 STAR.

The condo was well equipped in a great location bed was comfortable. The bikes came in handy exploring the boardwalk which was right outside the condo.

Very romantic with incredible sunsets

This place is made for romance - incredible waterfront location! Everything from very secure building to furnishings is very nice and comfortable (the king size bed is so comfortable - guarantied good night sleep!). The management is awesome - very responsive and accommodating. I am very happy with my stay. I would definitely conceder this place in the future.

Extremely poor lighting thruout. Carpets not cleaned. Cobbelstone floor in bathroom. Hurt to stand barefoot. Acrylic dining room table and chairs. No light near table. Toilet paper holder had fallen off. Found allen wrench between sheets. Dirty windows and no privacy shade in bedroom. No restaurants within walking distance. PROS: Nice view of quiet Sail Bay. Nice walking/biking trails.

Great condo!

This third floor condo has everything! Great view, comfortable bed, beautiful kitchen, stunning living room well down the hall from the bedroom, free secure parking and all the little things that make you feel at home are just some of it's attributes. The location gives you easy access to everything north of the city. Angeline on the phone and Becky at the unit when we arrived, made us feel welcome as they answered all of our questions. Nancy's Vacations is top notch!

Perfect location on the bay and near the ocean.

This condo is well located, very clean, and supplied well. It’s a little dated, but comfortable. The views are amazing. The property managers do a great job instructing on all the nuances of the property. Best part was the beach bikes that we could use on the bike path next to the condo. There are several extra fees so the advertised price is misleading. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Really nice location to enjoy both the bayside, and close to the beach

Great unit, comfortable bed, and wonderful service from the rental company, who wanted to be sure we had all we needed. Parking was easy, and a perk because the street parking gets tight, bikes and beach chairs were so nice to have...we used them daily. Close to restaurants, grocery and easy living. Only downside is its close to the building complex next door, where they were doing some construction mid week (and early). With no air conditioning, we had windows open all week, so noise was a bit of an issue. Regardless, it was a wonderful week!

The view and the location are fabulous. We enjoyed the use of the bikes. Everything in the condo was in working order. Nancy’s Vacation Rentals company was very easy to work with and easily assessable. We would choose this location again.
