It does NOT monitor or record sound, does NOT monitor or record movement, and has NO camera or any recording device whatsoever and only counts the number of smart devices, then alerts us if they get past a certain amount.
* NO Parties- you will be fined and may have to leave the property with no refund
* NO Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points
* Must agree to rules of boat dock use
* Must adhere to local burn ban ordinances for fire pit use
