LEVEL 1 Features a private backyard patio, with a natural gas grill, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. This area is right off the garage which has parking for two vehicles. There is additional off-street, driveway parking for a 3rd vehicle. You’ll find plenty of storage for beach gear and bikes in the garage as well.

LEVEL 2 This main floor is excellent for gatherings, and features a modern open floor plan and two decks, equipped for relaxing and dining. The great room in the front of the house features a sparkling new kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, counter seating for 5, a dining room table that expands to accommodate 10 people and a modern living room. Your family and friends can enjoy family movie nights on the 75-inch Roku TV, with built in surround sound sure to make movie night or ambient music for entertaining a blast! This floor also features a Queen Bedroom (Bedroom #1) and a full bath.

LEVEL 3 Offers a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom # 2 is the first of 2 primary suite bedrooms and features a private deck where you can enjoy quite mornings and spectacular sunsets overlooking the bay, a king size bed, a 55-inch smart TV, private bathroom, nightstands, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. Also, on this level you will find Bedroom #3 appointed with 2 Queen beds, nightstands, a dresser, a large closet and a 50-inch Roku TV. Just down the hall, you will find Bedroom #4, great for the crewmates in your life, furnished with a bunkbed, a trundle and a Roku TV, this room sleeps 3. There is a well-appointed full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer located on this floor as well.

LEVEL 4 is where you will find, the second private and luxurious, primary suite. Wake up to the best views this home has to offer right outside of your bedroom door! This suite offers a King-size bed, nightstands/dresser, and private bath. Lounge in the sitting area, overlooking the bay, where you will find a dry-bar, work-from-vacation station, and a mini fridge. Off the hallway, you will find access to the spacious roof-top deck, with lounge furniture for your comfort, where you can enjoy bay-side sunsets or catch a glimpse of the fun and action on the boardwalk, including fantastic views of the iconic Seaside Ferris wheel.

In addition to the spacious and comfortable accommodations, this home offers keyless access to the front and backdoors with unique codes valid for the length of your stay. Ring doorbells at both the front and back entrance which will alert guests via the chime on the first floor. You will have access to an on the beach locker storage where you will find beach chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment throughout your stay. In addition, eight beach-badges will be provided for the length of your stay.
