Perfect Family friendly home on beach block. If you like to be in the center of all action, this is your find. Conveniently located just steps to attractions, food and beach. House with roof terrace with direct view of water park and hang out space on top floor. Great for gatherings of all kinds for family and friends to enjoy the beautiful view of sunrise / sunset.

Ground floor includes garage with steps to front entrance leading to main living area. Backyard with seating for bbq and gas grill. 3 parking spots with Garage for 1 car, driveway 1 car and 1 car can block drive way.

First floor features living room with front porch, sectional couch, dining room, kitchen with quartz island, full bath and bedroom with queen bed.

Second floor has master bedroom with ensuite bath and walk out deck, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds twin over full. Full bath with shower/tub and washer and dryer.

Third floor has bonus room for hang out space with Sofa , wet bar and large roof terrace with
amazing sunrise and sunset views.

8 beach badges included with rental and additional can be purchased at beach. Children 11 and under are free. Beach chairs, umbrella, bikes are available for use.

Between Memorial Day thru Labor Day only!!!
*** bed sheets, pillowcases and comforter "WILL NOT" be provided to guests during high season. Guest to bring their own. Owner will provide pillows, small quilts, hand towels, and limited bath towels. Please pack extra as needed. Linen service referral can be provided upon request.

* Families and friends vacation only (Property is not for hosting events or house parties)
*For the guest’s safety, this house is equipped with two security cameras. A Ring Video Doorbell located next to the front door that has the ability to record video and audio. A Ring Floodlight camera above the garage door that also has the ability to record video and audio.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip.

Must be 28 and older to book. RENTAL AGREEMENT and ID REQUIRED FOR BOOKING. STRP license is 24-00068.

Perfect location

Great spot to come and go to beach, boardwalk, water park. Great view of the fireworks from the top deck. Plenty of space for our group of 10 people.

Just like my grandkids said best time ever

First of all I would like to say dealing with Cynthia was amazing. The house was spotless and everything you need is there and more I rent several houses from VRO and this one is the best hands down. Location is close to everything boardwalk and rides a block away water park is also a block away! Will definitely be back again.

Girls weekend

We had the best weekend away. The home was clean, stocked with everything needed to make this a home away from home and absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The host was helpful and responsive as well.

Absolutely gorgeous house!! Very clean very organized. Cynthia had a ton of notes around the house to help you get acclimated. She had just about everything you could need there if you forgot anything. The boardwalk was right down the block, there was a 7/11 a few houses down, and a liquor store around the corner! Cynthia was a true pleasure to speak with; she was extremely helpful along the way. If I could give 6 stars I would!! Highly reccomend

Walt & Genny's 60th Anniversary Celebration

A beautiful home! Thank you for having everything we needed and more! The beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, games) are plentiful and new! The Home is beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the decks for sunrise and sunset! Great location, a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful house, very convenient location

My family vacations in Seaside Heights every year and we abosulutely loved staying at this house. Beautiful interior, super spacious, well stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds, very clean, very clear instructions from owner. Loved the multiple decks, kids loved game room. Location is great if you're ok with being in the middle of the action. It's a very short walk to the rides, waterpark, mini golf and 7-11. Other than the foot traffic from visitors it's a quiet block.

Perfection!

The house was so clean, spacious and well stocked with the essentials. Super close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Centrally located if you want to check out other beaches and towns. Just note that the boardwalk rides don’t operate during the week after Labor Day. We can’t wait to come back next summer! The icing on the cake: The property manager was so kind and responsive!

Best house yet

We are a large family of all ages- great grandparents to great grans kids and all in between with kids ranging from 2 to 8 and we all loved the house itself and the location. Everything was so clean, well thought out, organized, and convenient. The house had a great open first flopr with an amazing kitchen space with everything you may need. We loved the outdoor shower space in the back as well as the awesome game room. We also loved the bslcony where you can watch the fireworks on Wednesdays! We hope to stay here every summer. Also great location by casino pier. Conveniently near a 711 for essentials. We had no issues only a great experience. Highly recommend.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

The house was beautiful with plenty of amenities. This was an extended girls weekend for a few friends, the week after Labor day. It was the perfect time of year for us. It wasn't crowded, but places were still open and it was plenty to do. The location was perfect; 2 short blocks from the boardwalk, near the go-carts, mini golf and Waterpark. We had a good time, even decided we should make this an annual trip and book this house for the upcoming year. Also, regarding parking, the garage had depth. We were able to get 1 car and a small SUV in the garage without issue. The bigger SUV we parked in the driveway without any issue, too. There were minor housekeeping items we pointed out to the owners, they were receptive to the feedback. Overall, a great choice to stay.

Great House

Amazing house close to the beach. Everything was super clean and well labeled. Really liked that the light switches were labeled so it was easy to turn on the light you needed rather than the outside light. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bathrooms were also stocked with towels and extra toilet paper. Very comfortable house. We spent lots of time on the rooftop deck (with views of the ocean). Highly recommend.

Amazing!

You will want to rent this home! Spacious bedrooms, brand new bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the rooftop deck to watch the fireworks and just to hang out. The owners are super easy to deal with! Fully stocked kitchen made dining in easy. The home is close to everything, the beach, boardwalk and the water park. We really enjoyed our stay in this iconic Jersey beach town.

Exceptional rental property!

I cannot say enough great things about this rental property! The owners, Tom & Cynthia provide a truly exceptional vacation experience. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated, spotless and the amenities they provide are exceptional! They even provide bikes, chairs and umbrellas. There is an air fryer, 2 coffee machines AND coffee pods, all cleaning products, a vacuum on every floor and they even have filled soap dispensers. It’s always the downside when renting a house that you have to bring every single item you use at home. I have been renting beach houses for years and I’ve never experienced the amenities that they provide. The house is perfectly located a block from the beach and boardwalk, next to an amazing water park and awesome mini golf course. Every activity is literally steps away. My teenage children said it was the best beach vacation we’ve ever had. Tom and Cynthia were also such a pleasure to deal with. Anytime we come back to Seaside, I will only stay in this house! Thank you, Tom and Cynthia, for an exceptional vacation!

Great place!

Excellent home close to the action! Great place to show some 1st time Jersey visitors the “shore flavor” Everything in the home was spotless, and well thought out. The only issue was outdoor shower not working:( This was a pretty big deal cause frankly I built that part up for months!! That was always my favorite memory of my old beach house when coming off the beach.:) However we all took it in stride, and the owners were very responsive with a possible fix, although that didn’t work. It’s a new home and these things do occur. I would have hoped for a surprise compensation to have been issued to me, without having to ask but overall very accommodating and great hosts💪
