Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação e localização
Overall, this is a decent accommodation for a couple of nights. For the cost, I expected better. First the positives: The location is very convenient—close to restaurants and beach—and somewhat walkable, although there are busy streets. The house is spacious and sunny, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. We chose the house because it welcomes well behaved pets. The host was very timely with communication, and check in was a breeze. Now the negatives: you probably won’t notice in the photos, but the outside “lawn” area is covered with old faded astroturf, not grass. In general, the place gives a worn-around-the-edges impression. Check-in is quite late (4pm) and early check in (when available) is billed hourly. There was no coffee supplied (first time I’ve experienced this!) and (as we were notified in the check-in instructions) there are no hand towels or wash cloths. If you plan to cook, the cookware is quite worn. If you need a convenient, roomy place in HB to stay with pets, with clean beds & bathrooms, this house fits the bill.
