Soak up the sun, breathe in the fragrant ocean air, and indulge in your own backyard wonderland at this fantastic home on South Padre Island. Spend your mornings at the beach and your afternoons swimming in the private pool or practicing your swing on the putting green out back.
This two-story home sits half a block up the street from Beach Access #21, allowing you to easily begin and end each day with your toes in the sand. Padre Boulevard is right around the corner, lined with a wide assortment of restaurants, bars, shops, and recreational outfitters. Sea Turtle Inc. (one mile), the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center (one mile), and the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (three miles) are all close by as well.
Walk home from the beach to find generous space to unwind both inside and out. Set the table in the shade for a sunset dinner on the patio, and bring your dessert and coffee upstairs to the balcony that runs the length of the house.
The interior offers an open, air-conditioned respite from the summer sun. The open living space is up a flight of stairs, bringing together a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room for homemade meals and after-dinner board games. There are smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms - two upstairs and a primary suite with direct patio access downstairs.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
