Looking for the perfect beach house for your family or friends? Look no further! 3419 Gulf Blvd has all you need for your beach getaway! Families and friends will love this home and all it has to offer with being located directly across the street from the beach, large private pool, great ocean views, and gorgeous interior! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. The house is tastefully furnished and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This property is now pet friendly! One dog under 30lbs allowed Or 2 dogs under 20lbs allowed

This home encompasses two floors. The first floor entails the entryway to the house, two bedrooms, and access to the pool area. The first guest room features a Queen size bed, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with Twin size beds plus two twin trundles (6 beds total) and a flat-screen TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to the backyard and private pool! The second floor consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as two more bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Guests will love hanging out and relaxing in the tastefully decorated living room which provides comfortable couch seating around a large flat-screen TV and is located just off the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans & dish ware you'll need to cook delicious family meals while you're on vacation. It also features stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 8 guests and there is access to the balcony facing Gulf Blvd! The balcony is also a wonderful area to sit and enjoy meals with friends and family or just enjoy a beverage. The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a private access to a second balcony with views to the beach access across Gulf Blvd. The second bedroom upstairs will feature a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

Guests will enjoy hanging out by the large pool area at 3419 Gulf. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs for guests to catch a tan and relax in South Padre Island's tropical climate. This home is conveniently located just across the street from the beach and is right across from a beach access! Walk to the nearby access and have your toes in the sand in minutes. After a long day in the sun, cool off poolside in your own backyard, or walk to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues for an evening out!

Great for multigenerational family get away. Great location and bedrooms were very nice. Side balcony (off bedroom) has a perfect view of the beach for sunrise.

We'll definitely be back! The house was just a short walk to the beach access and was so cozy! There was plenty of space for our family and not having to share the pool with others (like say a condo/hotel) was worth every single penny!

Took our entire family and the house was a great fit for us. Spacious and relaxing and our kids loved the pool! We enjoyed walks in the evening and mornings and our was right across the street from a beach entrance. We had a few things that we brought to the management's attention and they addressed them right away. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this location.

Amazing customer service, location and private pool!

Super helpful front desk. They were texting me constantly to make sure I knew they were available if I needed anything. Super easy check-in. The pool was perfect with a high fence for optimal privacy. The location is amazing too! Walking distance from the beach. Plenty of parking and just extremely convenient overall. I definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a quick beach getaway.

House was perfect spot to get anywhere. Beach access just steps away. No looking for a place to park. Literally walk across the street and you're at the beach with all your things. Kids went from beach to the private pool. Several people asking how to rent this because it's the perfect location.

Our stay was great. Great location. Excellent service from your staff, especially Jasmine who made all my arrangements. Will definitely stay again. I have already made reservations for June. Our AC messed up after a power surge Saturday evening and your AC tech was there in about 20 minutes to fix it.

Perfect Beach House!

Visited South Padre Island with a group of friends/family for a weekend getaway. This beach house was perfect! Very nicely decorated, a lot of room, great balconies on 2 sides of the house with gulf/beach views, and a great outdoor area with pool and lots of space to hang out. The location is perfect as well, with several restaurants/bars within walking distance, and a beach access directly across the street. We will be back!

Spacious home with great yard and pool

Nice clean spot, the pool water could've been a bit cleaner but other than that no complaints. Very spacious. We were 3 Families and definitely had more than enough space. Front and back patios as well as kitchen with glass windows for a great view upstairs while getting ready for the day! Plenty of parking and plenty of yard space by pool and even the courtyard! Definitely will would recommend!

The house was excellent! The pool was great! The kitchen was not able to accommodate the cookware needed to cook at the house. We did our best to cook with what was available. I would definitely stay there again!

This is one of the best houses on SPI

We have stayed on SPI several times and this location was spectacular. Right across the street from a beach entrance and several restaurants. House was super clean, awesome backyard and pool area, AC was super cold and has a huge garage. Stairs to the main floor (kitchen, living room and two bedrooms are on second floor)are on the steep side so if mobility is an issue, you might watch out. All in all, this is one of the best houses on SPI.

Fabulous location

We had 3 generations together for our annual spring beach trip. This home was wonderful and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants on the island. Beautiful private pool although not heated. We wanted to grill and didnā€™t find the advertised grill on our arrival but management responded immediately on that and other issues. Would definitely recommend for families and would return. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

Location!

Location is perfect! We loved this property! Large property with nice private pool right across the street from a nice public beach access point. All the necessities were in good condition! It was really nice to have a full washer and dryer! Our only small issue was the steep tile stairs in the middle. They, of course, got slick when wet. There was a wooden gate from the living room which was helpful. We tried to mainly use the wooden stairs in the back of the property with the kids and dogs. We would stay here again.
