Guests can access the main house, and all 5 bedrooms, as well as the entirety of the grounds. The basement and the garage are not accessible.

You understand that swimming, use of the jacuzzi, hiking & fishing and the use of kayaks, fireplace or fire pit is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking, the use of the jacuzzi, use of the fireplace or the fire pit, and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, being in a jacuzzi hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks, fireplace or fire pit, or jacuzzi while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant or inebriated with alcohol. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, using the fireplace fire pit, the Jacuzzi or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
 The undersigned hereby agrees to hold the homeowner owner harmless against any and all claims, damages or causes of action for damages arising from injury to persons or property, or loss of life sustained in or about the cabin by any person or persons whatsoever.  The undersigned further agrees that the owners shall not be liable for any personal injuries or damages to any goods, wares or property regardless of how such injuries or damages may be caused, or whether resulting from acts of negligence. By agreeing to pay for the use of this property during your reservation, you agreed to this liability waiver in full. You agree to replace lost kayaks ($600 each), and $75 per kayak paddle; $50 per life-preserver jacket). You agree to abide by all laws pertaining to the river regarding the waring of lifejackets whenever kayaking, and securing a valid fishing license, if fishing. You agree not to use the river or Jacuzzi if you are inebriated. Persons with high blood pressure, and pregnant women may not use the jacuzzi. Children in the Jacuzzi or river are only permitted with an adult present. Children must not be in the Jacuzzi for more than 5 minutes at a time.

– No smoking inside the home, or anywhere on the property.
– No parties or events. Even if there is no damage caused by a party, the guests will still be charged a fine.
– No diving or jumping into the river or Jacuzzi
– No extra guests allowed
– Check-out is at 11 AM, as the cleaning crew arrives 11 AM promptly, to prepare for the next guest.
– Please refrain from making noise past 9 PM
– No loud music after 9 PM.
– Must drive on private road to and from property no faster than 5 mph or 8 km/hour
