This 11 bedroom, 8 bathroom Mansion and optional 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Guesthouse play host not only to Family and Friendly Gatherings year-round, but also to many Company Off-sites who are happy to utilize our unique, state-of-the-art meeting spaces located throughout the property.

Comfortable and private sleeping quarters. While many other rentals count futons and pull-out sofas as bedrooms, we have 11 true bedrooms with hotel quality bedding and professionally cleaned linens. Each bedroom is provided with its own flat-screen TV. We also have a separate space that can be set-up to provide ten additional semi-private sleeping cubicles.

Hilltop Mansion and her Guesthouse sit on over three football fields worth of personal outdoor space. Outside we have a one-thousand square foot gazebo, two grills, a beautiful and well-maintained pool (heated optionally), manicured lawns, a basketball court, decks and many private balconies with serene mountain views.

Cold or rainy? Stream your favorite movies and watch them in our huge commercial-grade theater with a 17 foot screen and professional surround sound speaker system. Or, if you enjoy the spotlight, show off your talents on stage in front of your family or peers. Our theater and stage area has stadium seating for 38.

All-in-all there are five refrigerators and an ice chest in the mansion, including a very large restaurant-sized refrigerator, so you won't have to worry about storage, even for extended vacations.

Lots of dining space. The dining area at Hilltop Mansion comfortably seats your whole party together in the same room, directly off the kitchen.

Our one-of-a-kind PlayStation / Xbox / children's room. Video game enthusiasts, be sure to bring your favorite games and go into battle together with three side-by-side PlayStation 4's and an Xbox 1 with professional gaming chairs. This room also serves as a children's' playroom, with 10 flat-screen TVs in total and loads of space for running around and spreading out toy collections.

Two high-end game-rooms. Our newly built game-room includes a full-size professional shuffleboard, a jukebox, popcorn machine, and the highest quality air hockey table on the market today. This game-room serves as the 'lobby' outside our theater where you can kill time before the movie starts. The 2nd game-room is our billiards room at the other end of the Mansion. Here you'll find a full-size slate pool table and poker-table.

The spa room at Hilltop Mansion has direct access to the pool area. Here you'll find a 6 person, 103 degree hot tub which gets emptied, sanitized and refilled in-between each booking.

Built for brainstorming, the conference room at Hilltop Mansion is sure to inspire fresh ideas and new directions for companies and visionaries young and old. Natural light, panoramic mountain views and plenty of space pair well with state-of-the-art equipment for impactful group sessions. The conference room seats 48 and has customizable room layouts. Share thoughts from behind the stage of our brand new presentation room with a 17 foot screen and commercial-grade audio / video equipment. Our fitness room has a wall-to-wall mirror and workout equipment.
