You can enjoy a fully equipped Kitchen including a Keurig to start your morning off right. Enjoy your morning coffee, or evening cocktail, on the private balcony with a view of Sugar Mountain Slopes or in front of the fireplace.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Single bedroom that can comfortably sleep two guests.

In addition to the bedroom, the condo includes a pull-out sofa or sleeper sofa in the living area. This versatile piece of furniture can be easily converted into a sleeping space, accommodating the additional two guests. Extra linens for the additional sleeping are located in the Master Bedroom Closet.

Heating, No AC:
*Unit is NOT equipped with Air Conditioning (AC), 2 fans available in the condo to use.

Heating elements are located in the lower and upper levels of the unit. *please note the fireplace is inoperable at this time. It is undergoing a replacement in order to bring this amenity back!

It's important to note that the rental unit does not have air conditioning (AC).

Please note: The main fireplace is currently out of service and unavailable for guest use, but we hope you enjoy all the other cozy features of the home!

Stairs & Access:
You will have to ascend a set of outdoor stairs to access the condo entrance, as well as ascend stairs on the interior of the condo to access the second floor, which includes the Bedroom and Bathroom.

When it rains or snows, the surfaces of the external stairs could become slippery due to moisture accumulation. This is a common occurrence in outdoor settings, especially in mountainous areas where weather patterns can vary. To ensure your safety, it's advisable to exercise caution when navigating the stairs during inclement weather.

Smart TV’s:
Smart TVs come equipped with advanced features that allow you to access a wide range of streaming services and online content.
However, it's important to note that to fully utilize the capabilities of these smart TVs, you'll need to log in to your personal streaming service accounts. This means that if you have subscriptions to platforms like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, or others, you can seamlessly access your favorite shows, movies, and content just as you would at home.

Extra’s available in the unit:
Large and Extra Small dog crate, Pack N’ Play, Board games.

Unit includes paved parking, you do not need 4x4 inside of ski country to access the unit.
You will have 2 paved parking spots.

The unit is elevated, which allows you to receive stunning views of the surrounding landscape on the balcony, but in order to reach that entrance, you will ascent a set of outdoor stairs that welcome you to the front door.
This charming condo is complete with internal and external stairs.
