Freshly Painted and new flooring added!!
RELAX, RELAX, RELAX in this fabulous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium that is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen was remodeled a few years ago and now new wood flooring has been added, master tub replaced with a walk in shower and entire condo repainted. Hop in your swim suit for a fun day in the sun--either on the white sandy beaches or beautifully landscaped swimming area. End your day with a cookout at the gazebo which has views of both the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Want exercise--there is a shuffle board, pickleball and 2 tennis courts at the complex and a fitness center just down the street. Tasty restaurants, great shopping, a water park, putt putt golf and children's racetrack are all very close local attractions.
This 3 bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The guest bedroom also features a king bed while the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sofa. Plenty of room

Quiet and great getaway

Great location and quiet and not crowded. Water was beautiful. Property was great and big enough for everyone to have their own space.

Communication with my host was excellent. She kept me informed every step of the way. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf, the condo is right on the beach. The condo association is currently upgrading the outside landscaping, adding a variety of plants, laying stone walkways, and adding a pergola to the grilling area. The pool area is nice and clean, with plenty of seating. There have been updates to the inside of the condo, and it looks like they are continuing to make improvements. The only concern we had, the towels needed a refresh.

Fantastic Condo!

Many thanks to the Deans for allowing us to rent their wonderful condo! Our family enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. The condo had what it took to make our vacation awesome. We had relatives with us from the UK and they couldn't get enough of the beautiful condo and the beach. We love visiting Destin and recommend this condo fully! The Deans made us feel like we were staying at our own home, very helpful.

Emerald coast

Great spot to enjoy Destin sands and sun. Views from the condo are amazing, watched dolphins for hours. Quick walk to go play at the east jetties. Quiet spot in the beach with east access to the essentials like local restaurants, coffee, ice cream and even Target! Great spot. Lots of space in this condo to spread out. 2 families with school age kids just loved it.

LOVED this property!

Ocean View! - Privacy walls on both sides of balcony! - Unit is just around the corner from the elevator! - Large wrap-around sofa and lounge chair in living area! - Modern appliances and TVs! - Private FULL bath in ALL THREE bedrooms in addition to a half bath on the first floor! - Several beach towels available to use! - Etc...... What's NOT to LOVE?!? We will definitely rent this unit again if it's available the next time we plan a Destin vacation!! Owner was wonderful to work with! Thanks so much Ellen!!

Wonderful time!

Ellen was exceptional as a host. Everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and beachfront is easy to get to. The unit was perfect for my family of 6.

Wonderful

Had a great stay! Location was great for young children. Ellen was wonderful during the whole process of communication. We will be back and I highly suggest if you’re considering staying at this condo, just book it. You’ll love it.

Great Experience!

Everything went very smooth. Check-in was easy and communication was great! Very nice condo with plenty of room for both families that stayed there. The beach is very nice…it was not nearly as crowded as some other beaches I’ve been to in the area. The property was also quiet and everyone was friendly. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Condo!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful condo...The owner has everything you need and more Bedrooms on the second floor was a plus for the early birds to not wake anyone. The one and only drawback for our group was you had to rent there chairs and umbrellas in order to put your beach chairs in the ocean. No chairs in front of the rentals. We had to pay 25 a day to sit in our own chairs by the ocean. My friends and I have been to many beaches and had never heard of this. We still had a great time but that would have been nice to know😉

Beautiful week on a beautiful beach

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Aegean. The condo was welcoming and felt like home, with access to the pool and beach just steps away. We had a great week on the beach!

Beautiful home, not the most comfortable hospitality

We love Destin and the Aegean. We have been traveling to the emerald coast for 20 years. The condo is updated with a great view. Our host unfortunately made it a bit stressful with paper signs all over the home, simple household items like garbage bags and soap we had to run back out for. When 3 of us needed to work remote Monday morning our host told us "all I can tell you is the people before you got in" She eventually sent us the password the next day which was not the password listed in the instructions or on the paper sign at the house. Again, lovely home. The host stressed me out a bit.

Last second booking

Hurricane Sally trashed our Pensacola Beach plans, but Ellen was able to accommodate us at the last second. The unit is located right on the beach with excellent views. The bottom floor seems to have been recently redone and is quite nice. The upper floors were not updated, but are still very comfortable. Ellen stayed in touch all week to ensure any issue would be taken care of ASAP. Very nice place and will definitely keep it on our list of places to go.

Great Place

Really Nice and Spacious Property with very easy to deal with owner. Very timely in response to questions, and we multiple ways to access the owner, immediately I felt, if the need were ever to arise. I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Excellent Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The beach view is wonderful and we loved the layout. The two teenage boys with us had the 3rd floor to themselves. The insulation between floors was great because we never heard them in our bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The location is convenient to everything Destin has to offer, yet the beach itself was not too crowded. We will definitely be back.

Beachless

The property was great. The facility and location were excellent. We only had one day of beach use due to the closing and that was a major disappointment. This was not a good time for us to visit since the amount we paid was related to access to the beach. Any consideration for that loss would be appreciated. Thank you, Larry Hasty

The Aegean is a nice place

It's kind of like a cross between Disney's Polynesian and Contemporary. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a few beach toys provided too. I'd book it again.

Great Getaway Condo on the Beach

Beautiful condo! Was nice for a short getaway and just be able to walk out and spend time at the beach, grab some food and drinks at the local restaurants which were very convenient to get to, and just be able to unwind without needing to spend more time than you want to inside a car to get there. I was going to joke about seeing dolphins after seeing some of the other reviews, but sure enough the last day we were at the condo a pod of dolphins where swimming in the ocean...shallow enough to where I was able to walk out to get in their path. Great experience all the way around!
