Welcome to Wolfman Lodge!

Centrally located just off Beech Mountain Parkway and less than a mile from base of Beech Mountain Ski Resort, this cozy mountain gem boasts complete privacy! This completely updated home has single level living with three bedrooms and two full baths. Entrance is at the hall off the kitchen, with full laundry center to one side. The kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters and all new stainless appliances. In the cozy living room, cuddle on the sofa while watching your favorite movie in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

To one side is the primary suite, complete with king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. The attached bath has a custom tiled tub/shower combo and opens to both the bedroom and the living area. Two queen bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, each with a smart TV. The bedrooms are joined by a shared full bathroom with custom tile work.

Outside, enjoy fresh air and seasonal mountain views from the brand new 8-person hot tub, or sit by the gas fire pit located on the front deck. Alternately, use the metal wood burning fire bowl on the platform parallel to the hot tub while grilling dinner and watching the local wildlife! Wolfman Lodge is completely wooded on the back and sides.

Wolfman Lodge has a brand new central heating and air system and a beautiful wood burning fireplace with a buck stove insert.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs, a max of 15 lbs each, for an additional pet rent of $25 per night per pet.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night each.
- The roads leading to Wolfman Lodge are paved, but the driveway is a steep, uphill climb. AWD/4WD is recommended year-round. Chains may be necessary to access the home in times of snow or ice.
- Guests returning to Wolfman Lodge may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- The homeowners use 4 exterior security cameras to monitor their property and ensure it remains safe. One overlooks the driveway and deck entrance, one faces towards the front door, one faces the stairs to walk up to the property, and one overlooks the lower driveway.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
