Beech Mountain is not just for winter with plenty of activities, concerts, events and outdoor offerings that are a short hike away. Relax in your home away from home, centrally located to Beech Mountain and all amenities. Less than 3 minute or less bike ride to the Beech Mountain Resort with downhill course, frisbee golf and Beech Mountain Brewing. Across the street are two restaurants, Fred's General Store and other restaurants are just a short walk up the road. Wonderful neighborhood to walk around in, view deer and other wildlife, listen to waterfalls off the back deck. Easy entrance off the main road through town, our condo offers 3 full bedrooms and renovated bathrooms to allow for a large family or multiple families maximum space and comfort. 2 king bedrooms with attached master bathrooms (with heated floors!) on the entry level to the condo, with a loft and 3 twin beds, 2 sofas and play space (including old school nintendo) and full bathroom upstairs. Play room with plenty of games set up (including foosball) for children's entertainment. Fully stocked, recently renovated kitchen ready for your gourmet meals. Lots to do year round close-by, fishing, kite field, dog park, hiking, Blue Ridge Parkway, biking, golf, tennis, ski shuttle route, 5506' Sky Bar, eating, exploring, shopping, and much more! **10% discount per night for stays 7 nights or longer!!** Note: This property does not include resort membership but both hiking, biking and golf are close by to keep you entertained.

Awesome Host with all amenities you could possibly ask for. Daren was extremely helpful and provided quick responses to all questions. Great place to visit, relax and feed deer from the back steps. A couple of deer ate out of our hands. Kids would love this place as well!

The pictures and description wasn't as good as could be regarding all the stairs. This is a 4 level condo actually. The 2 main bedrooms are off of the entryway but the living area is downstairs from that & a little game room behind the fireplace is down another set of stairs. The additional sleeping area with a full bath is up a full staircase from the entryway. There is a sofabed in the living room and another on the top floor that are the traditional extremely uncomfortable sofabeds. We had to combine the 2 mattresses for an adult to sleep on. If you have small kids or mobility issues this is not the place for you. My dad is 85 with dementia & uses a walker, plus myself and 2 other adults have bad knees. The 2nd story sofabed had a broken frame, lucky we didn't it & could use the living room one.

This is our third time staying here and we like it a lot. Plenty of room for family and friends. We had a blast playing foosball during our down time. We would stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed it once again. Conveniently located, we were able to walk to the slopes for a hike or ride out to the main road to find restaurants. I love the big painting of the forest and stream hanging on the wall.

Perfect Location for Ski Slopes

If you are wanting to enjoy the ski slopes, this location is perfect. We were able to walk straight to the slopes without having to wait in the long line of traffic to park. Owners were excellent to work with!

Great, family friendly home near slopes.

We had a good stay here. Perfect size for my family of 6. Good communication with super friendly Host, who let us check in an hour early our first day.Our rating has to do with whomever cleaned prior to our arrival. All towels in the main 2 bedrooms were wet. Since we were not sure of their status, we had to rewash them and dry them, which left 3 of us with no towels to use on night 1. Also shower floor in one bedroom had small black hair all over the floor, not just 2 or 3...but 20. There was also limited dusting in the home. We also had no sponge for doing dishes, only a brush. Lastly we were not aware there was no shower soap provided. Not a big deal, we just ultimately were not prepared for not having any soap. For spending over a grand for 2 nights, I would have expected more.

Even Better Than Expected

Out of the 10 times we have visited Beech, this was probably our favorite place to stay. The pictures don't do the place justice. The place feels a lot more spacious than expected because of its great layout. Location is great, but I think it is a street or 2 over from where it shows on the VRBO map. No issues finding the place once you get the address from the owner. The owners are top notch and did everything possible to make this a great stay.

Awesome get away!

Thanks for a great weekend! Location was great, close to slopes and shops, restaurants etc. Condo was a great get away, cozy and agree with previous comments that much better in person than the pictures showed online! Sleeping arrangements were great especially upstairs with the 3 twin beds and sitting area for the teenagers! Everything was stocked with everything you need! Thanks again and weā€™ll be back!

Great condo!

The condo is better in person than in the pictures. Great communication with the owner. We had a great time. The walk to the slopes was easy going downhill but coming back uphill at the end of the day was tough but doable. Would stay here again.

Annual girls trip

We haves rented another unit in this complex and it was wonderful. This unit had issues with cooling. Was very hot upstairs and wasnā€™t well equipped with towels needed for 7 people. Also was not as clean as I would have liked. Excellent location for our trip. Communication was good from manager.

This condo is perfect for large families or multiple families, we love the ability to spread out and feel "home away from home". It is easy to get in and out and you can literally park your car and not have to leave. Bring some groceries and your clothes and you will be set for a week!
